Erdélyi Gondűző guesthouse - from Gheorgheni towards Lacu Rosu, Km 6.5 on DN12C
The guesthouse is located on a land of approx. 2 hectares. We still have two lakes on the land, garage + shed + workshop fully equipped for woodworking, which was used everywhere in the guesthouse and its surroundings as decoration-ornament.

A river also passes through the yard. The Restaurant guesthouse was built in 2006 from the ICF ProKoncept system with much better thermal insulation than usual constructions, and during its construction we took into account our experience gained over the years in the field of tourism. Also, we tried to eliminate errors and problems that did not agree with us or did not seem appropriate. The guesthouse restaurant consists of 5 double rooms, a room with 4 beds, 1 apartment, 2 rooms with 5 beds each and a room with 6 beds each. The 5- and 6-bed rooms are designed for families with large members or for groups of friends who don't want to be separated even on vacation.
In the basement there is a conference room for approx. 50 people fully equipped. The building has a footprint of 250 m2, and 900 m2 of usable area.
