This is why we invite you to be kind enough to go through this document which wishes to point out important aspects both for us, as hosts, and for you, those who honor us with this visit.
• Room reception (check-in) can be done from 14°°.
• The room is released (check-out) will be done before 11°°.
• The ambient area (garden, lake) belongs equally to all guests; please keep clean.
• At the Roman Gardens it is strictly forbidden to eat seeds and throw them on foot or in the grass.
• Traditional smoking and e-cigarettes are not allowed in the guesthouse, according to the applicable legislation in force (Law 349/2002 amended and supplemented by law 15/2016). The guest house has outdoor smoking spaces.
• The music we choose is the one we consider suitable for the environment we strive to create for you. External devices and playlists are not allowed.
• It is strictly forbidden to eat food and beverages brought in from outside.
• Please notify as soon as possible of any damage or damage to the equipment or installations.
• Damage to the equipment entails payment of the amount equal to the value of the object plus labor costs.
• The pension reserves the right to select its clients. Our guests have an obligation to comply with the usages. They must respect the peace of mind in the guesthouse, in the restaurant, on the terrace and respect the norms of social and moral coexistence.
