General facilities: The location offers tourists accommodation in the 15 apartments and 3 rooms, with a total capacity of 70 places plus other facilities such as:

- Restaurant and bar - the restaurant has a capacity of 70 seats and an equally generous terrace.

- Conference room

- Games room

- Outdoor ditness devices

- Cinema - is free for all hotel guests and works according to a schedule displayed at the reception.

- Infinity Pool type pool, the water depth in the pool is 1.5 m, children under 12 can sit at the pool only accompanied by an adult.

- Sauna and massage (available only by appointment at the reception, access to the massage is made only on the basis of the bill issued by the reception)

Room facilities: accommodation in 15 apartments and 3 rooms (3 of the apartments have a jacuzzi terrace).

- 1 standard room - has two twin beds that can be approached, has a balcony, private bathroom with shower and kettle.

- 2 premium rooms - one room has twin beds that can be approached and one room has a double bed, both have a balcony overlooking Lake Colibita, private bathroom with shower, coffee maker, air conditioning

- Apartment - consisting of a bedroom and a living room, the bedroom has two twin beds that can be close together, and the living room has a sofa bed, there is also an area for cooking and dining (microwave, kettle, coffee), private bathroom with shower, balcony or terrace, air conditioning

There are 4 types of apartments (Standard, Deluxe, Premium and Executive), each consists of two rooms, bedroom and living room, some have balcony / terrace, the design is different depending on the type chosen, some have fireplace, bar, all they have air conditioning and the area to prepare and serve meals. The Executive Apartments have a jacuzzi on the terrace.

Paid services: Transfer from / to the Complex to the Airport or Train Station, Minibar products, massage, conference room rental, Bar / Restaurant.
