Foarte dezamagii deoarece piscina exterioara a fost goala pe toata durata sejurului, ceva inadmisibil, deoarece aici pentru asta venim. Din acest punct de vedere am fost foarte dezamagii de acest sejur.

am fost un grup de 8 persoane, cazai la acest hotel mai precis la etajul 7 in nite camere de fumatori cu o duhoare de tutun insuportabil, fara apa calda, fara incalzire calorifer defect (camera 710). Piscina interioara una de 4x3 mp pentru un hotel de cateva sute de camere, cea exterioara in renovare lucru care nu ni s-a precizat la comanda facuta prin intermediul agentului de la direct booking, mancare nediversificata, pre piperat la facilitaile/serviciile primite.

Fotografiile de prezentare sunt una realitatea este alta. aceleai feluri de mancare , 4 la numar, in fiecare zi. Piscina fara sistem de filtrare respectiv improspatare. Daca ai peste 60 de ani i nu vrei sa cheltuieti prea mult este ok. , daca eti tanar alte locaii!

Baza de tratament este foarte buna i personalul medical se comporta atent cu clienii. accesul la piscina hotelului a fost un avantaj. Piscina este curata i personalul de acolo se comporta foarte frumos cu clienii. Mancarea diversificata i din abundena. Camerele relativ curate, depinde de palier, dotatate ca intr-un hotel de doua stele, insa camerele renovate au mobilierul schimbat i arata mai bine. Gunoiul luat zilnic i prosoapele schimbate des, doar atat la capitolul curaenie in camera.

Iniial, am primit o camera nerenovata la etajul al II-lea, dei am cerut sa ni se dea una renovata de la bun inceput, insa, receptionera ne-a spus ca 'toate sunt la fel, difera doar culoarea mochetei i a draperiilor'. Dupa 5 zile de edere, am cerut sa ne mutam de acolo deoarece copiii nu se puteau odihni intre orele 14-16 din cauza zgomotului facut de personalul de la curaenie. am fost mutai la etajul al IV-lea i am vazut ca pe acest palier toate camerele erau renovate i aratau mult mai bine. Ne-ar fi placut sa ni se aloce o astfel de camera de la bun inceput, fara a fi mutai de pe un etaj de altul, dat fiind ca eram venii prin agenie de turism i nu prin Casa de Pensii. Camerele nu au aparate de aer condiionat i disconfortul este foarte mare in lunile de vara.

pentru un hotel de 2 stele este ok, bineineles ca se pot aduce imbunatairi, atat din punct de vedere al curaeniei i un pic mai multa creativitate privind mancarea. personalul per ansamblu dragu, amabil, cazare s-a facut rapid, am primit sprijin i indrumari de calatorie de la recepie cand am solicitat.

pentru doua persoane o singura hartie igienica/zi la baie i doar doua sapunele pentru toata saptamana, in asta au constat produsele de igiena(daca ne-am intalnit cu domana de la curaenie si i-am cerut ne-a dat, altfel nu). este un hotel unde se fac tratamente i se produc poate incurcaturi sau poate unii nu se descurca cu plimbatul intre atatea cabinete, se intarzie la tratament, dar daca exista inelegere din partea personalului este imposibil sa nu iasa treaba bine. un minus pentru d-na de la parafina, tiu ca este greu pentru dansa, dar a fost singura care cearta ca la coala pe oricine intarzia i fara drept la replica(ca doar erai in concediu, de ce sa fim toi relaxai).

Desi hotelul este din perioada comunista,un hotel tipic pentru acea perioada,totusi ofera conditii decente pentru standardul de doua stele,cu camere renovate,mobilier simplu dar nou,un smart tv si un frigider ; toate camerele au balcon ,iar baia ofera conditii corespunzatoare ; baza de tratament este foarte buna si de mari dimensiuni,dar cel mai bun lucru la acest hotel este piscina mare cu apa termala cu intrare libera pentru cei din hotel si un sezlong asigurat pentru fiecare ; cei mai amabili au fost barmanul tanar de la barul din holul hotelului si domnul care era responsabil cu piscina ; cu cei de la receptie nu am avut prea multa interactiune ;

Imi pare rau s-o spun,dar nu este buna deloc ideea de a oferi turistilor veniti prin agentii de turism,oferta speciala cu trei mese pe zi cu meniu fix ; in primul rand a fost extrem de neplacut ca era obligatorie prezenta la masa la ora fixa si anume la 7,30 pentru micul dejun ,la ora 12,30 pentru prinz si la ora 18 pentru cina ; cei de la hotel motivau acest lucru prin faptul ca mai intai trebuie sa termine cu meniul fix care era pus pe mese la acele ore fixe ,pentru ca apoi sa se ocupe de turistiii cu bufet suedez; nu vreau sa jignesc pe nimeni,dar micul dejun era extrem de sarac (un ceai,un unt,trei felii de mezel,uneori un ou fiert,gem sau branza topita si o felie de rosie sau castravete; la pranz s-a servit ciorba si felul doi si un desert (prajitura sau inghetata) ,iar seara un fel principal destul de mic si un desert ; sint de parere ca ar trebui sa se gaseasca o solutie pentru oferta de seniori in asa fel incat acestia sa beneficieze de demipensiune-bufet suedez care este de mult mai buna calitate si de nivel superior si sa se evite amestecarea acestor turisti cu pensionarii veniti cu bilete prin casa de pensii ; astfel,am avut neplacuta surpriza ca dupa doua zile cand mi s-a permis sa a servesc cafea de la automatul din sala de mese la micul dejun,pentru a treia zi sa mi se spuna pe un ton taios ca nu am dreptul sa servesc cafea decat contra cost ,chiar daca e de la automat ; de altfel,personalul din restaurant mi s-a parut neprietenos si putin amabil,cu mici exceptii; de altfel cred ca am fost singurul turist cu aceasta oferta pentru seniori bagat printre pensionarii veniti prin casa de pensii ; totusi eu consider ca daca am venit printr-o agentie de turism,nu pot fi obligat sa vin la masa la ore fixe ,acesta fiind un real stres pe langa stresul de a ajunge la proceduri la diferite ore si alergand astfel intre baza de tratament ,piscina si camera ,deoarece procedurile nu erau successive ci la ore destul de diferite in intervalul de la ora 10 la ora 15 ;

baza de tratament este foarte ok

gandaci in camera, miros puternic de mancare in camera si pe hol, te rogi de camerista sa schimbe un prosop, dar sa mai ceri sa schimbe un plic la patura care iesea din plic ! Nu mai vorbesc de caldura, am prins zile cu frig , ploioase, am tremuat ca un .... la injectie !

Nu am fost instiintata in prealabil ca intrarea la piscina hotelului este contra cost. ar trebui montate in camere apararate de aer conditionat, este foarte cald si inabusitor atat in timpul zilei cat si in timpul noptii.

am ramas dezamagita sa vad ce condiii mizere am intalnit la hotelul Mure din Baile Felix . Lipsa aer condiionat. * am comandat la restaurant ciorba de burta. Foarte buna! Seara la "bufetul suedez", surpriza. aveau i ciorba de burta. O zeama lunga!!! Diversitate, dar la nivel de cantina. tV vai de el. Wifi numai la parter. Curaenia in camera consta doar in ridicarea gunoiului. Balcon murdar. Modest pentru preul platit. Vom mai merge, totui, pentru tratamente. Personalul amabil i placut.

Mancarea acceptabila.

Hotel de 2 stele spre o stea. La receptie trebuie sa platesti 3 lei /zi pentru frigider (unde s-a mai pomenit asta). Piscina se plateste, nu este inclusa in pretul cazarii. Cand tragi linie nu este un hotel primitor. Nu merita pretul sejurului pentru serviciile oferite. In camera, televizor "antic", balcon murdar, fara aC, noroc ca nu a fost prea cald afara. Nu voi mai reveni niciodata la acest hotel.

Puncte tari: - preturi bune - personal medical amabil si serviabil (doctor, dus subacvatic, laser 2, etc.)

Parti rele: - drumurile un dezastru (vezi poza) - hotel comunist (dotari exact ca pe vremea comunista, vechi, totul cu hartii - fise - tratament, restaurant; aglomeratie - lifturile si personalul medical nu fac fata la atatia turisti care vin (in special batrani, de multe ori enervanti) - mancare limitata (desi in meniu raspunsul in 50% din cazuri este nu avem), fete de masa murdare uneori - femeile de serviciu trebuie solicitate sa faca curat altfel doar se prefac.

am fost cazata la hotel Mures, totul a fost perfect:mancare, personal, curatenie, serviciile terapeutice (asistentele foarte amabile si cu zambetul pe buze pentru toti pacientii Nota mea este 9.50 Multumesc pentru aceste zile frumoase petrecute in hotelul d-voastra!

La hotel Mures, masajul este contra cost 15 minute 20 de lei. Din pacate eu am fost programata la parter la d-na Penna. masajul dura doar 10 minute, facut de d-na Penna intr-un sictir total, (O mangaiere discratioasa) Daca celelalte servicii de care am beneficiat la cele 3 proceduri au fost efectuate de asistente competente , cu o purtare peste nota 10 - ma refer la procedura parafina efectuat de d-na Cleopatra, pentru masaj nota mea este nota 1.

am venit pentru prima oara in aceasta statiune. Personalul hotelului si cel medical ofera servicii de exceptie, sunt foarte amabili si prietenosi. Mancarea foarte buna. totul este curat. In concluzie, 2**, nu inseamna intotdeauna si calitate redusa. Vom reveni cu drag si alta data.

Mergand la acest hotel de 2*(neavand alta alternativa, totul era plin, de Rusalii), nu aveam asteptari mari. Dar, spre uimirea noastra, conditiile si facilitatile pe care le-am intalnit aici nu le-am intalnit nici macar la alte hoteluri de 3 sau 4*. Camera foarte ingrijita, avea mobilier din PaL, frigider mic nou, tv, veioze, baia nou renovata, balcon cu vedere la piscina si spre strandul apolo. am avut mic dejun inclus...dar ce mic dejun, se poate spune marele dejun, atatea feluri de mancare n-am vazut vreodata la un mic dejun si aveau grija sa aduca permanent, hotelul fiind plin (600 persoane). am stat 3 nopti si 4 zile, in fiecare dimineata ne uimea diversitatea mancarurilor si calitatea. Cred ca munceau toata noaptea. Bravo lor ! FELICItaRI! totul era frumos aranjat in restaurant iar personalul foarte amabil. Pe langa acest "mare"dejun in pretul camerelor (fara sa avem habar), a fost inclusa si o cina festiva de Rusalii, foarte consistenta si program artistic. Super! am primit si tichete SPa in baza dectratament a hotelului si bilet cu 2 intrari la pret de unul la strandul apolo. Cand mai merg la Felix, clar o sa aleg tot hotelul acesta. Nu inteleg cum au ramas la 2* cand merita cel putin 3*. Inca odata felicitari conducerii si personalului hotelului.
