EXTRACT FROM THE HOTEL RULES
The hotel day starts at 16.00 (time from which the room can be occupied / check-in). The hotel day ends at 12.00 (the time until the room / check-out must be vacated).
Early Check-In and Late Check-Out requests are honored subject to availability, for a fee of 45 euros.
Meals are served in the hotel restaurant in an assisted buffet system inside the Belvedere restaurant. Access to hotel services is allowed only to accommodated guests, based on the reservation.
It is forbidden to leave the restaurant with food or drinks.
Accommodation will be based on an identity card (including for children) following the completion of the tourist card.
The rooms are allocated according to the availability of the hotel on the day of check-in. For this reason we cannot guarantee a certain floor, adjoining rooms or located in a certain sector of the hotel. Requests of this kind are considered the preferences
of tourists that we try to satisfy within the limits of availability, but the guarantee is excluded.
The hotel does not take responsibility for any damage to vehicles, goods inside them while parked in the parking lot or for forgotten, lost or allegedly stolen items inside the hotel, but offers support to tourists to resolve the situation.
Parking of customers' vehicles is possible within the available spaces, parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance.
