Hotel Oltenia by Steaua de Mare benefits from a privileged position, on the high cliff of the Olimp resort, just 125 meters from the beach. Oltenia Hotel is adjacent to the Pam Beach Hotel and is located approximately 400 meters from the Phenicia Blue View complex.
Hotel Oltenia Steaua de Mare is one of the 7 tower buildings in Olimp, being built exactly in front of the access stairs to the resort's central beach. It thus offers its tourists a side view of the sea from all rooms, as well as easy access to the private beach and the possibility of pleasant walks on the resort's seafront.

Description and general facilities: Renovated starting in 2023, the hotel benefits from 200 modernized rooms, suites and apartments in a contemporary style; private beach, restaurant with panoramic views, lobby bar with open drinks bar, terraces, outdoor playgrounds for children and large open spaces.

Room description:
All rooms of the Oltenia by Steaua de Mare hotel are completely renovated and equipped with: bathroom with shower, LCD TV, minibar, desk, air conditioning system, hair dryer, armchair, wi-fi internet. They have a side view of the sea and the resort. They don't have a balcony.
Double rooms with partial sea view: With a beautiful view of the sea, these rooms are located on the first 3 floors of the hotel and offer partial views of the sea, respectively the beaches of Olimp or Neptun. After a day spent at the beach, the optimized space inside offers all the comfort, among the equipment being included an LCD TV, a small work desk, minibar, air conditioning with thermostat, completely modernized bathrooms equipped with hair dryer and shower.
Decorated in summer tones, most of the rooms benefit from a relaxing chair facing the sea as well as WiFi connectivity.
Suites with a sea view: The suites in the Oltenia Hotel are composed of 2 rooms - living room and bedroom, a hall, two bathrooms equipped with a shower cabin, toiletries, hair dryer, towels and slippers. The bedroom is equipped with a 160×200 double bed, 40" LCD TV, while in the generous living room you will find an extendable sofa, modern minibar, espresso coffee machine.
The total area of the suite is 35 sqm, the suite is designed for a maximum of 4 adults, although it is optimized for 2 adults and 2 children, but it can accommodate, also at an additional cost, up to 3 adults and a maximum of 2 children.

Facilities included in ALL INCLUSIVE packages:
- 3 tables in the open buffet system. During meals, soft drinks, hot and carbonated water are served, as well as beer/wine/alcoholic drinks at lunch and dinner;
- non-alcoholic drinks, coffee, alcoholic drinks (beer, wine) at the special bar set up on the complex's waterfront in the new OLTENIA restaurant;
- sunbeds on the beach, subject to availability.

- access to entertainment programs for children according to the schedule displayed in the reception;

At the time of accommodation, a guarantee of 200 lei will be charged, which will be returned on the day of check-out for each person staying in the hotel.

Parking: The tourist services do not include parking spaces for tourists' cars or their security. Parking can be done on public alleys.

Remarks: For this hotel, a resort fee of 5 lei/adult/day is paid at the reception on the day of stay.
