Cancellations / no-shows / penalties
By making a reservation, you accept and agree with the cancellation / no-show policy, the amounts collected in advance according to the submitted offers are agreed and paid by the customers to confirm the reservations.
Any reservation, cancellation or modification will be made only in writing.
3.1 Cancellation at least 15 days before the arrival date:
3.1.1. The cancellation of a reservation can be made without involving penalties, no later than 15 working days before the start date of the stay. Otherwise the advance, representing 30%, would turn into a penalty.
3.2 Cancellation in less than 15 days before the date of arrival:
3.2.1. For any total or partial cancellation less than 15 days before entering the accommodation, the cost of accommodation will be withheld as a 100% penalty.
3.2.2. The unpaid reservation represents the confirmed and unannounced reservation after which the client did not reach the apartment on the established date. In case of non-presentation of the client at the box, the amount paid in advance shall be withheld in full.
3.2.3. For cancellations announced at the reservation department at least 15 business days before the Check-in date, the advance can be used for subsequent reservations of the client in the next 12 months.
3.2.4. Any modification of a confirmed reservation will be considered a cancellation and will be subject to the above cancellation conditions. In this case, it is necessary to make a new reservation that will be confirmed within the limits of availability
3.2.5. If the tourist decides for any reason to leave earlier than the day of exit from the accommodation, he will pay in full the value of the services initially booked (all the nights booked will be paid).
