Vila Iulia 3* - It was built in 2017 with a high standard of facilities. It has a number of 26 accommodation spaces, equipped with their own bathrooms, furnished with modern furniture. Rooms have double beds, air conditioning, refrigerators (minibars) and plasma TVs. A number of 6 accommodation spaces were extended and the bedroom was delimited from the living room, in which a sofa bed is placed. The villa has its own fenced parking and is equipped with surveillance cameras. The reception is spacious, with a reception hall, where tourists can socialize.

Villa Iulia consists of: 5 x junior suites, 1 x open space (studio), 1 x twin room, 19 rooms with double bed, 1 fully equipped and equipped kitchen, parking with 26 places.

Villa Lorena 3* is renovated in 2020 and offers accommodation in North Mamaia, just 250 m from the beach with sunbeds and umbrellas.
It has 10 double rooms and 2 two-room apartments.
The apartments have an open-space kitchen in the living room and a spacious terrace with dining for 6 people.
The rooms have double beds, air conditioning, refrigerators (minibar), air conditioning and plasma TVs.

Villa Raluca 3* is the second villa in the complex, in the immediate vicinity of Villa Lorena. It is renovated in 2019 to a standard of quality and modern comfort. It offers accommodation in 9 double rooms with matrimonial beds. All rooms have en suite bathroom, TV, air conditioning and refrigerator.

Villa Maria 3* is the last in line, is renovated in 2019 to the standard of quality and modern comfort and has 12 double rooms with double bed. In the rooms, TVs, air conditioning and refrigerators are available. On the ground floor, there is a barbecue area with a dining terrace and a fitted kitchen.
