atat micul dejun, cat si cina sunt la un nivel peste asteptari. Managementul hotelului se straduie sa mentina un nivel la cote inalte in administrare.

Dupa multe ore de condus, ajunsi la hotel, receptionera insista ca trebuie sa primesc camerele pe partea cu bulevardul, desi pe voucher se vedea clar ca sunt platite camere cu demipensiune si orientare spre mare. Pana la urma s-a rezolvat, dar am ramas cu o impresie neplacuta. Un restaurant din apropierea hotelului organizeaza nunti, botezuri, spectacole etc. cu foarte multi decibeli peste limita admisa, desi este inconjurat de unitati de cazare.

in hotel i in camere este foarte curat, se aduna gunoiul din camera zilnic iar angajaii sunt destul de respectuoi cu turitii. Hotelul este foarte aproape de plaja ( 2 minute de mers pe jos). De asemenea, hotelul dispune de locuri de parcare pentru toi turitii care vin cu maina personala ceea ce este un mare plus.

Ce nu mi-a placut: Dei aveam mancarea (demipensiune) inclusa in preul platit la cazare, atunci cand mergeam la masa eram intrebai de apropie fiecare angajat de la restaurat daca avem mancarea inclusa in preul cazarii. ineleg faptul ca in acel hotel sunt si turiti care au platita doar cazarea ( nu i mancarea) dar cred ca trebuie abordat turistul altfel, mai ales ca la intrarea in restaurant eram intrebai la ce camera suntem cazai i daca este inclusa i masa. Pentru noi acest lucru a fost deranjant deoarece fiind intrebat la intrare i notat pe o hartie chiar nu vedeam rostul sa ma mai intrebe i ali 2-3 angajai de la servire. Pe viitor as recomanda managerului sa puna turitilor care au mancarea inclusa o braara pe culori astfel incat lucrurile sa se desfaoare civilizat ( aa cum se intampla in strainatate). De asemenea un alt aspect deranjant: cu 2 zile inainte de plecare sotia a cumparat o ingheata de la bar pentru copil i pentru ca nu avea bani in acel moment la ea, l-a intrebat pe barman daca poate sa ii dea o ingheata pt copil iar cand urca in camera ii aduce banii. Barmanul a fost de acord, i-a dat ingheata iar dupa ce a ajuns soia in camera cu copilul a coborat sa ii aduca barmanului banii pe ingheata. Pana aici totul minunat. La plecare, cand am fost sa predau cheia de la camera, fata de la recepie ne-a spus ca avem o datorie de 6 lei pentru ca nu am platit ingheata respectiva ( dei soia o platise iar barmanul confirmare acest lucru). Bineineles ca am mai platit inca o data cei 6 lei pentru a evita orice scandal dar acest lucru la final chiar ne-a lasat un gust amar. Un alt aspect: la acest hotel am vazut multe familii cu copiii mici. ar fi indicat sa se amenajeze un loc de joaca pentru ei. Un leagan i o trambulina la cati copiii sunt este insuficient ( in comparaie cu hotelurile din jur care au tot 3*.

Suntem bucurosi ca am revenit la hotelul apollo. Conditiile sunt foarte bune, in ceea ce priveste cazarea, curatenia si locatia. Personalul foarte amabil, primitor. O echipa de oameni formidabili, unita si implicata sa ne ofere cele mai bune conditii. Mancarea foarte buna, bine gatita, iar restaurantul foarte dragut amenajat. Serviciile de spa (masaj, terapie) au fost impecabile, deosebite. Cu siguranta vom reveni.

aflat intr-o zona linistita, cu multa verdeata, foarte aproape de plaja, hotelul apollo din Mamaia ne-a facut o impresie foarte buna. amabilitatea personalului, curatenia, faptul ca lenjeria de pat si prosoapele ne-au fost schimbate intr-adevar la 4 zile de la inceperea sejurului nostru, camera spatioasa si balconul mare, pretul platit, toate aceste aspecte ne-au facut sa petrecem 5 zile frumoase si relaxante la mare. Cu siguranta ne vom intoarce. Multumim pentru experienta!

Personal amabil, parcare gratuita si cam atat...

Hotelul necesita renovare aproape completa. In afara de camerele zugravite si tV plat, aproape totul este vechi si necesita inlocuire: mobilierul din camera miroase a mucegai, sub paturi nu s-a maturat niciodata, gresia si faianta sunt sparte sau gaurite, robinetii si dusul din baie sunt mucegaite si murdare, suportul pentru dus defect, chiuveta sparta, bazinul WC defect, nu se face dezinfectie intre sejururi, balconul foarte murdar, telecomanda de la ventilo-convector (instalatia aC) nu functiona, astfel incat ori era pornita la maxim si nu se putea sta in camera de frig, ori era oprita si aerul devenea irespirabil. Cand am solicitat remedierea, ni s-a spus ca instalatia are 20 de ani si astea sunt conditiile. Camerele dinspre vest sunt la 10 m de Bd. Mamaia, galagia de afara este insuportabila, zgomotul se aude chiar si cu balconul inchis. Nu as mai sta vreodata pe acea parte a hotelului. Desi am platit pentru copil cat pentru un adult, am primit suplimentar un pat mic rabatabil, pe care nu se putea dormi de frica sa nu te rastorni cu el. Nu recomand.

Description and general facilities: In the immediate vicinity of the hotel there are tennis and football fields, as well as a mini golf course, playgrounds for children, a post office and a shopping complex with shops, restaurants and terraces. The hotel has a day bar and its own parking.

Beach: In this area, the beach is very wide, with fine sand and smooth entry into the sea.
