Casa Vlăsia is a place born of love for beauty, tranquility, healthy food and relaxation in nature. An inn as once, surrounded by forests and lakes, but surprisingly close to Bucharest.

The care and love for nature can be found in the way we thought about the inn and the buildings that make up the farm. Thus, for heating, we use only non-polluting biomass, with reduced heat losses, and the ash resulting from combustion closes the ecological cycle, when we spread it over agricultural crops, as fertilizer.

And the livestock farm also helps us fertilize the soil without using unhealthy substances. This natural cycle offers us the balance of sustainability and the advantages of independence from modern food trade.

Accommodation:

Vlăsia House has 34 rooms spread over 3 floors. All rooms are spacious, with a view of the garden and are furnished in a modern style, with an emphasis on warm and relaxing colors. We are waiting for you in our elegant rooms, each with its own charm and style and adapted to any needs.

Facilities:

From the desire to rediscover the traditional tastes, we have our own farm, vegetable garden, orchards and vines, all carefully grown and passion for the authentic Romanian spirit.

Thus, our menu includes only traditional dishes prepared with gijas and attention to detail by our master chefs. Whether it is zacusca made from vegetables grown in our garden, a delicious steak or salsas in vines, the food we serve at Casa Vlăsia will take you through a true gastronomic adventure.

Winery Casa Vlasia: Our wines are made from grapes grown in the vineyards of Casa Vlăsia.

At each harvest, the grapes are carefully picked, then transported in small batches to the winery. Here, our people make one last sort, then the grapes are put into fermentation containers. The wine maturation takes place in the oak barrels in our cellars, where the temperature and humidity are ideal. Then, after tasting and after a careful selection, the wines are ready for serving. We work passionately throughout the year for their quality. Which must be blameless.
