Un hotel minunat, de suflet. Pozitie, curatenie, amabilitate, mic dejun bogat, piscina grozava, inconjurata de vegetatie, etc..

Nu am. Am sugestii legate de terasa restaurant. Candva era animata, prin Karaoke sau diverse formatii care cantau acolo. Este pacat ca nu se revine la aceste activitati. Delta, vis a vis , poate fi o sursa de inspiratie. In plus, ar fi benfica amenajarea plajei din dreptul hotelului. Nisip, sezlonguri , umbrele.

Lipsa plajei in fata hotelului, aceeasi mancare la micul dejun in fiecare zi, LIPSA FRUCTE. Desi in camere scrie ca prosoapele se schimba la 2 zile si lenjeria la 3, intr-un sejur de 10 zile, prosoapele au fost schimbate de 2 ori, iar lenjeria o singura data.

Amplasamentul hotelului i privelitea de la balcon fac toi banii. De asemenea, serviciile sunt foarte bune.

Lipsa unui frigider(nu conteaz marimea). Exista un soi de "racitor" insa nu poi tine o îngheat pt. ca se dezghea iar o sticla de apa se rcete foarte greu.

Bun mic dejun, suficient, curatenie se fcea zilnic, am stat 9 zile, prosoape la dou zile, Am stat la etajul 13,initial am crezut ca o sa am probleme cu apa calda, dar nu a fost cazul. Frigiderul nu mergea, dar la schimbat în 30 min. Per total OK.

Începem uor sa cAtigm cAte puin i turismul romanesc, dar slab, staiune veche, hotel vechi, i pre cam mare pentru ce ofer. Patul suplimentar, era de campanie, am tiut ca o sa am canapea extensibila, dar nu a fost. Am fost cu un copil(16) cam mare pentru pat extensibil. Camera mica pentru 3 persoane.

Angajatii foarte prietenosi si receptivi, hotel curat (ni s-au schimbat asternuturile la fiecare 3 zile din sejurul de 11), privelistea minunata, pe scurt, ne-am bucurat de vacanta fara nicio problema.

Nu este cazul. Poate salteaua putin incomoda, dar nu a fost o problema serioasa.

Amplasare hotel

lAccesul la locul de joaca nu a fost posibil cu toate ca era trecut pe voucher, deoarece era inchis cu toate ca vis-a-vis era un loc de joaca deschis fara nicio treaba cu virusul insa apartinea altui hotel. Reclama aiurea din partea ??? cui oare? Piscina folosita de foarte multe persoane care nu sunt cazate in hotel, toti intra fara niciun control.

Am primit o camera la etajul 13 cu deschidere spre nord. Panorama este superba, a facut toti banii ! Personalul foarte ok, micul dejun a fost in regula.

Mici defectiuni in camera care se pot remedia, cum ar fi : vasul de toaleta care se misca, clanta de la usa care functiona foarte greu si parea ca se dezmambreaza dar nimic atat de important incat sa-ti strice vacanta si aproape insesizabile. Probabil, putin mai multa atentie din partea celor de la intretinere ar rezolva situatia.

Locatia este perfecta aproape de plaja. Vederea minunata din camera. Cobori cateva scari si esti pe nisip la golfurile cu apa. Unele golfuri sunt cu pietre in apa , dar daca te plimbi un pic gasesti si plaja cu nisip fin si perfecta pt copii mici. Patul dublu foarte mare,potrivit pt 2 adulti si 1 copil in mijloc :). Curatenie zilnica, schimbare proasoape de cate ori vrei, lenjerie de pat dupa 3 zile de stat. Camere dotate cu tot in afara de uscator de par. Loc de joaca apreciat de copil.

MAncarea delicioasa, chiar daca nu sunt multe sortimente, cele care sunt sunt foarte gustoase, nu exista sa nu îi gseti ceva pe plac, eventual vegetarienii ar putea fi un pic dezavantajai, dar o garnitura i o salata gustoasa tot se va gsi i pentru ei. Prjiturile sunt genul cremos, pentru cei care prefera acest tip. Piscina e foarte curata , apa 26-27 grade, perfecta i pentru copii mici.Copii în funcie de vArst au la dispoziie un loc de joaca interior, genul grdinia, loc de joaca exterior destul de mare , sala de X-Box .In general, o vacan reuit.

In serviciul All incluzive, gustarea de amiaz care se servete la piscina consta într-o tav cu fursecuri care se epuizeaz in mai puin de 1 min, servirea la barul hotelului se termin la ora 10, trebuie sa fii inspirat sa te aprovizionezi din timp daca vrei sa mai ramai i dup aceast or.Animatia pentru copii e c i inexistent, sunt vreo 3 persoane angajate , dar sunt doar de decor , dei au loc de joaca mare, nu au organizat nici un joc c s-i atrag pe cei mici.Langa locul nostru de joaca care dei gratuit era mai tot timpul gol, era locul de joaca al unui alt hotel care taxa pt non-rezidenti 15 lei , dar pentru c ofereau un program de animaie extraordinar i teatru pt copii in fiecare seara , era venic plin. Ar fi trebuit s le dea de gAndit celor de la Capitol. As mai propune efului de sala s îi ia macar o cma pe el daca sacou e prea mult, i un simplu ecuson cu funcia , c sa nu mai fiu surprins cAnd m întreab un necunoscut în tricou ce doresc.

Am fost cazati in acest hotel spre sfarsitul sezonului. Ne-am simtit foarte bine, camerele au fost curate, se facea zilnic curatenie, personalul amabil. Camerele nu sunt mari dar faptul ca aveam balcon cu vedere la mare ne-a incantat, am stat la etajele superioare si am avut o priveliste superba. Am servit doar micul dejun in hotel dar mancarea era suficienta, variata. Terasa cu vedere la mare unde am mancat, deosebit de incantatoare.

Venim de multi ani la Capitol si totul era perfect pana anul acesta cand am fost dezamagiti de curatenia din camere,trebuie sa te rogi de femeia de servici sa mature sau sa foloseasca mopul ,prosopu il schimba cand are chef ,lenjeria nu mai zic in 10 zile nu a schimbat nimic.

Un hotel de 3 stele foarte cochet, pe malul marii, vedere superba asupra marii si statiunii, piscina mare curata, sala de jocuri pt copii gratuita, loc de joaca mare gratuit, terasa la piscina, mancare la micul dejun foarte ok.

Curatenie -ok (zilnic se face curat, insa nu se insista prea tare), mobilier destul de ok (putin uzat, salteaua patului destul de confortabila), piscina curata

televizor mic (diagonala <35 cm), aer conditionat se plateste separat, parcare cu plata (6 lei / zi), micul dejun - bufet suedez -cam prost organizat (intre ora 8.00 si 9.00 se cam sta la coada ) si nediversificat ( 4-5 tipuri de omleta, ochiuri, oua fierte, branza telemea, crenvursti, 2 tipuri de sunca, salam, cascaval, rosii , ardei kapia, lapte batut, lapte , dulceata, margarina, ceva prajituri/pateuri, cereale , cafea si sucuri la dozator (5-6 tipuri: cola, seven up, apa minerala, mirinda, etc)

Priveliste deosebita.

Mic dejun suedez romanesc :). Mancare de proasta calitate. Toaleta curgea. Miros de canalizare. Sala de joaca interioara cu jucarii stricate in procent de 90%. Spatiul de joaca din exterior (baby land) aparut in reclame (inclusiv in cea din liftul Hotelului Capitol) nu este a Capitolului si se percepe taxa.

Aseara am ajuns acasa si pot sa spun cu certitudine ca am avut un concediu reusit, serviciile la acest hotel Capitol Jupiter sunt ireprosabile raportat la nr de stele/pret. Zilnic au fost prezenti in camera, curatenie prosoape schimbate.(au fost schimbate chiar daca nu necesitau a fi schimbate) Mai mult de atat am ajuns in data de 24.08 la receptie la ora 8.30, au fost camere disponibile si am fost imediat cazati, spun acest lucru in conditiile in care cazarea se facea incepand cu ora 15-16. Tot la receptie acei oameni in permanenta zambeau si iti dadeau acea stare de bine. In ce priveste spatiul de joaca pentru copii, gradinita, piscina deoarece am avut si o zi in care a fost innorat, pot spune ca au fost ireprosabile. Am ajuns la un moment dat, sa nu mai vrea copilul sa mearga la plaja pentru a ramane la spatiul de joaca din exterior sau la gradinita din interiorul hotelului. In alta ordine de idei, a fost super, recomand si altor turisti cu copii, care vor liniste, care vor sa se simta bine, mancarea la restaurant este foarte buna, iar preturile sunt accesibile raportat si la servirea ireprosabila din restaurant. Privelistea a fost superba avand in vedere ca am stat la etajul 13. Pe noi ne-au castigt la anul ne vor avea din nou de clienti si au recomandarea noastra la toti prietenii nostri. Deci se poate si in RO !!!

Pozitia este foarte frumoasa, camera la etaj 13 si vedere spre mare, noaptea auzi marea.

Completely renovated, the hotel offers tourists standard and superior double rooms. Hotel guests have free access to the outdoor pool, children's playground and parking, within the available spaces.
