am mai fost la hotel Capitol de vreo 3 ori, ultima data acum 3 ani. Se vede o schimbare in bine. Camere curate, curenia se face zilnic, prosoapele se schimba cand vrei tu. in plus, e foarte ok faptul ca s-a lrgit plaja i se asigura umbrela i doua ezlonguri pe camera. Mancarea e mai diversificata i de calitate.

am intalnit persoane cu cei care i.au fcut nevoile in iarba, ling trotuarul ce duce ctre plaja. am semnalat asta la recepia hotelului, au promis ca bor curata mizeria, dar dup 3 zile era tot acolo. Nu sunt amenajate scri catre plaja, erau nite trepte improvizate spate direct in pmant. Pe plaja nu poi lua saltea pt ezlong decat cand vrea responsabilul. Pe la ora 7 am vrut saltele, dar angajatul asiatic nu ne.a dat zicand ca nu poate da pana nu primete accept de la ,,boss,, adica de la eful lui care era roman. abia pe la 8 a aprut ,,boss , i a dat voie la asiatici sa dea saltele. Lenjeria ne.a fost schimbata dup 6 nopti, la cererea noastr.

Raport calitate-pre excelent. Hotelul situat pe plaj cu vedere direct la mare (75% din camere), chiar in centrul staiunii la 1 minut de mijloacele de transport in comun. are 13 etaje i 3 lifturi noi. Mancarea a foarte bun i diversificat, personalul din restaurant amabil i prompt, camerele foarte curate, cu mobilier modern , pat confortabil. Lenjerie schimbat la 3 zile, iar prosoapele la 2 zile. Personalul de la recepie amabil, zambitor, dornic s ajute. ezlonguri gratuite, cu spatii generoase intre ele, plaja larg si foarte curat, cu intrare lin in ap i nisip fin cu scoici mici. toalete pe plaj, un minibar i o atmosfer plcut. Piscina curat, ingrijit, imprejmuit cu verdea, iar terasa un loc deosebit pentru a petrece serile lang un pahar alturi de cei dragi.

a fost o vacan plcut , camerele destul de mari, frumoase , mancarea foarte bun , diversificat, proaspt (am avut mic dejun inclus ), personalul foarte amabil . Nota 10 doamnei de la restaurant care a coordonat foarte bine echipa de elevi care serveau si debarasau mesele.Felicitari !!! Vom reveni cu drag i alt dat.

Din pcate dezamagirea foarte mare a fost plaja care era in reabilitare,dar ni s-a promis c anul viitor plaja hotelului va fi finalizat.

Servicii de calitate si diversificate (multe posibilitati de a petrece timpul), personal angajat foarte amabil, mancare buna, un mediu ambiant placut pe terasa restaurant. amplasamentul hotelului este ideal. Preturile sunt bune, parcarea hotelului elimina stresul locului de parcare. Echipa de management este foarte buna, nu stiu care este patronatul, dar stie sa faca turism la un nivel excelent. Imi place pasiunea lui pentru motociclete, multe fiind expuse in diverse locuri, iinclusiv in tablorile de pe holuri. Este un hotel premiat cu aceleasi distintii pe care le-am obtinut si eu, pentru satisfactia clientilor, dar in alt domeniu. Felicitari! Cu tot ceea ce inseamna si il reprezinta, hotelul Capitol din statiunea Jupiter este un model de urmat si il recomand. Sunt clientul lor de cativa ani si voi reveni cu mare placere acolo, poate chiar peste o luna.

bun ziua pot spune ca am fost nite norocoi plaja a fost amenajat parial exact cand am ajuns i acest lucru ne a creat un mare avantaj, fr alge, parcarea in siguran, curenie in hotel, personalul ok, micul dejun destul de ok (nimic special), piscina curat (se luau probe mereu pentru sigurana), loc de joaca pt copii(destul de slbu ca i idei gonflabil, tobogan, 2 pori de fotbal, un cos de baschet fr minge, i ceva activiti de pictat, colorat).

Ca impresiame mai puin bun poate intra baia respectiv cabina de dus, furtul de dus cu para respectiva preau din epoca trecuta cu diverse probleme la utilizare, restaurantul exterior al hotelului - preurile excesiv de mari, servirea slab,

Poziionare pe falez foarte bun, privelitea superb, personalul amabil i plcut. Pcat ca doar atat. Hotelul trebuie s mai lucreze in privina serviciilor oferite.

Camerele se pot renova mai mult, ua de la balcon se bloca i nu se putea inchide, iar baia mic i veche, nu a mai fost modificat de pe vremea comunismului. Se poate imbunti, iar un usctor in baie ar fi foarte util. Pentru pachetele all inclusiv se poate oferi mai mult. Barul de la recepie i cel de la piscin aproape inexistent, ofer doar buturi la dozator, cafea i bere. Nu au fost fructe in timpul meselor i nici alte snackuri oferite intre mese. Mancarea bun dar puine sortimente i s-a repetat aproape zilnic. Baile necesita renovare, ar fi trebuit sa existe un uscator de par. Din pacate turitii cazai acolo i pe care i-am tot vazut la micul dejun, mi-au intarit convingerea ca multi din aceti turiti se comporta ca i cum nu ar mai fi vazut mancare i bautura...

Un hotel minunat, de suflet. Pozitie, curatenie, amabilitate, mic dejun bogat, piscina grozava, inconjurata de vegetatie, etc..

Nu am. am sugestii legate de terasa restaurant. Candva era animata, prin Karaoke sau diverse formatii care cantau acolo. Este pacat ca nu se revine la aceste activitati. Bun mic dejun, suficient, curatenie se facea zilnic, am stat 9 zile, prosoape la doua zile, am stat la etajul 13,initial am crezut ca o sa am probleme cu apa calda, dar nu a fost cazul. Frigiderul nu mergea, dar la schimbat in 30 min. Per total OK.

Locatia este perfecta aproape de plaja. Vederea minunata din camera. Cobori cateva scari si esti pe nisip la golfurile cu apa. Unele golfuri sunt cu pietre in apa , dar daca te plimbi un pic gasesti si plaja cu nisip fin si perfecta pt copii mici. Patul dublu foarte mare,potrivit pt 2 adulti si 1 copil in mijloc :). Curatenie zilnica, schimbare proasoape de cate ori vrei, lenjerie de pat dupa 3 zile de stat. Camere dotate cu tot in afara de uscator de par. Loc de joaca apreciat de copil.

Mancarea delicioasa, chiar daca nu sunt multe sortimente, cele care sunt sunt foarte gustoase, nu exista sa nu ii gaseti ceva pe plac, eventual vegetarienii ar putea fi un pic dezavantajai, dar o garnitura i o salata gustoasa tot se va gasi i pentru ei. Piscina e foarte curata , apa 26-27 grade, perfecta i pentru copii mici.Copii in funcie de varsta au la dispoziie un loc de joaca interior, genul gradinia, loc de joaca exterior destul de mare , sala de X-Box .In general, o vacana reuita.

In serviciul all incluzive, gustarea de amiaza care se servete la piscina consta intr-o tava cu fursecuri care se epuizeaza in mai puin de 1 min, servirea la barul hotelului se termina la ora 10, trebuie sa fii inspirat sa te aprovizionezi din timp daca vrei sa mai ramai i dupa aceasta ora.animatia pentru copii e ca i inexistenta, sunt vreo 3 persoane angajate , dar sunt doar de decor , dei au loc de joaca mare, nu au organizat nici un joc ca sa-i atraga pe cei mici.Langa locul nostru de joaca care dei gratuit era mai tot timpul gol, era locul de joaca al unui alt hotel care taxa pt non-rezidenti 15 lei , dar pentru ca ofereau un program de animaie extraordinar i teatru pt copii in fiecare seara , era venic plin. ar fi trebuit sa le dea de gandit celor de la Capitol. as mai propune efului de sala sa ii ia macar o camaa pe el daca sacou e prea mult, i un simplu ecuson cu funcia , ca sa nu mai fiu surprinsa cand ma intreaba un necunoscut in tricou ce doresc.

am fost cazati in acest hotel spre sfarsitul sezonului. Ne-am simtit foarte bine, camerele au fost curate, se facea zilnic curatenie, personalul amabil. Camerele nu sunt mari dar faptul ca aveam balcon cu vedere la mare ne-a incantat, am stat la etajele superioare si am avut o priveliste superba. am servit doar micul dejun in hotel dar mancarea era suficienta, variata. terasa cu vedere la mare unde am mancat, deosebit de incantatoare.

Priveliste deosebita.

Mic dejun suedez romanesc :). Mancare de proasta calitate. toaleta curgea. Miros de canalizare. Sala de joaca interioara cu jucarii stricate in procent de 90%. Spatiul de joaca din exterior (baby land) aparut in reclame (inclusiv in cea din liftul Hotelului Capitol) nu este a Capitolului si se percepe taxa.

aseara am ajuns acasa si pot sa spun cu certitudine ca am avut un concediu reusit, serviciile la acest hotel Capitol Jupiter sunt ireprosabile raportat la nr de stele/pret. Zilnic au fost prezenti in camera, curatenie prosoape schimbate.(au fost schimbate chiar daca nu necesitau a fi schimbate) Mai mult de atat am ajuns in data de 24.08 la receptie la ora 8.30, au fost camere disponibile si am fost imediat cazati, spun acest lucru in conditiile in care cazarea se facea incepand cu ora 15-16. tot la receptie acei oameni in permanenta zambeau si iti dadeau acea stare de bine. In ce priveste spatiul de joaca pentru copii, gradinita, piscina deoarece am avut si o zi in care a fost innorat, pot spune ca au fost ireprosabile. am ajuns la un moment dat, sa nu mai vrea copilul sa mearga la plaja pentru a ramane la spatiul de joaca din exterior sau la gradinita din interiorul hotelului. In alta ordine de idei, a fost super, recomand si altor turisti cu copii, care vor liniste, care vor sa se simta bine, mancarea la restaurant este foarte buna, iar preturile sunt accesibile raportat si la servirea ireprosabila din restaurant. Privelistea a fost superba avand in vedere ca am stat la etajul 13. Pe noi ne-au castigt la anul ne vor avea din nou de clienti si au recomandarea noastra la toti prietenii nostri. Deci se poate si in RO !!!
