plaja nu are, si e urat la plaja acolo, in camera nu se ofera papuci, sapun, feon, aparat de incalzit apa sa faci ceai, nu se dau pliculete de ceai si cafea, nu se ofera nici macar apa la sosire.

inafara de faptul ca se face curat in locatie nu mai exista nimic care sa te faca sa te intorci! si ca si o intrebare desi stiu ca nimeni nu o sa raspunda....inafara de geamurile termopan , usa de la balcon si terasa pe care se serveste masa, ce investitie a mai fost facuta in hotel in ultimii 40 de ani probabil ceva electrocasnice si mocheta!! in turcia nu stiu daca obtineti o stea!!!

incepem cu camerele care sunt mici,inghesuite, mobilier vechi, saltele ieftine care nu-ti ofera nici un comfort, baia mica si urat mirositoare, vine miros de urina din sifonul de pardoseala, vasul de toaleta se misca efectiv cu tine, trage curentul pe sub usi daca lasi balconul deschis , frigiderul din camera curgea drept dovada parchetul de sub el era tot umflat, iar curatenia daca luai si miscai obiectele de mobilioer realizai ca este facuta doar la suprafata, sub birou sau noptiere era jale!! micul dejun acelasi zi de zi, legat la ochi stiai fiecare aliment unde este , nu trebuie sa ai memorie de elefant sa le tii minte deoarece sunt putine, cafeaua a fost ok!! la masa de pranz trebuia sa stai intre o ora si doua ore pentru a servi doua feluri de mancare, personal as spune mult dar fara eficienta, treceau de 4 ori pe langa tine pana se gandeau sa i-a comanda sau sa debaraseze!! nu ca nu ar fi vrut dar atat puteau!! hotelul nu are nici o facilitate, nu piscina, nu sauna,nu masaj....nu nimic!!! doamnele de la receptie niste acrituri numai bune de pus la borcan!! ca si pret, cu 110 de euro pe zi in bulgaria gasesti all Inclusiv!!! sa nu mai discutam despre japca de la terase...o apa placat la 0.75- 24 lei 5 euro pe bune intelegem ca sezonul este scurt dar te simti luat de prost cand vezi ce preturi se practica !!!

am fost cazati intr-o camera tripla cu orientare spre nord. Camera a fost curata, privelistea foarte frumoasa, personalul prietenos, micul dejun bun si variat.

Nu exista feon la baie si restaurantul are program de functionare doar pana la ora 16 (ultima comandata 15:30).

1. Internet inexistent in camera! 2. Conform afiului de la recepia hotelului, turitilor li se aduce la cunotina ca, in conformitate cu HCL Mangalia nr.283/23.12.2020 se instituie o taxa speciala de staiune de 5 lei/zi/turist. Ca urmare, ptr mine, ca adult i ptr copilul meu, de 13 ani, la recepie mi s-au cerut i am achitat 70 lei. in ultima zi de sejur, intimplator, rasfoind site-ul hotelului, am constatat ca, taxa de staiune se incaseaza ptr persoane cu virsta peste 18 ani. La recepie, am adus la cunotina despre acest fapt, ca mi s-a incasat taxa i ptr copilul meu (care este sub 18 ani), iar d-na de la recepie a dat din umeri i mi-a spus ca este vina mea ca, la cazare nu am spus ca sint insoita de un copil! Dar, pe voucher-ul de cazare scrie clar cine se cazeaza (un adult i un copil). i repet, pe afiul de la recepie nu era stipulata virsta de la care se percepe taxa de staiune! in concluzie, in opinia d-nei recepionere, vina imi aparine i nu se pune problema restituirii sumei de 35 lei, reprezentind taxa de staiune incasata de la un minor. Conform art.2 din HCL Mangalia, taxa se incaseaza de la persoanele care beneficiaza de servicii de cazare in structurile de cazare turistica clasificate de pe raza municipiului Mangalia i staiunile Saturn, Venus, Cap aurora, Jupiter, Neptun, Olimp, dupa cum urmeaza: - persoanele cu varsta peste 18 ani care beneficiaza de servicii de cazare in structurile de cazare turistica clasificate de pe raza municipiului Mangalia i staiunile Saturn, Venus, Cap aurora, Jupiter, Neptun, Olimp, vor plati taxa de staiune in valoare de 5 lei/zi/ turist. Urmare celor de mai sus, Hotel Cometa, in mod nelegal, a incasat taxa de staiune i pentru copilul meu, minor. Repet, afiul de la recepie nu meniona virsta de la care se percepe taxa de staiune. Iar, cind i-am demonstrat d-nei de la recepie ca, afiul nu informeaza corect turitii, nonalant a ridicat din umeri i mi-a replicat ca, il vor modifica! atitudinea d-nei de la recepie lasa mult de dorit! Vina mea este ca, nu am pus la indoiala cele afiate la recepia hotelului, in loc sa ma fi apucat sa citesc, singura, hotarirea de consiliu local Mangalia! Dincolo de bani, lipsa de profesionalism i empatie a d-nei de la recepie m-a deranjat cel mai mult!

Camera curata, lenjerie schimbata la 2 zile, hotel frumos.

am stat 5 zile De 2 zile m-am bucurat restul le-am bolit.Dupa 2 zile am avut frisoane urmate de febra iar sotul a facut infectie urinara. ca sa intelegeti cat de grav a fost sotul a stat deasupra veceului sa urineze 3 ore. Un ultima seara servirea la masa la ora 20 a durat 1 ora. au motivat ca exista cearta la bucatarie. am stat o ora cu un copil mic de 10 luni si unul de 6 ani si am primit doar suc de lamaie. Pot sa dau copilului intai suc apoi clatite si ulterior mancare a venit un grup de romi care plateau in numerar si care au comandat continuu si au fost serviti imediat. treceau cu felurile de mancare pe langa mine de parca nici nu existam. Ma mai mult dadusem comanda si achitasem cu bonuri valorice de 20 lei fiecare. achitasem cand am dat comanda 4 bonuri inainte de a primi mancarea. am luat teapa cu bonurile valorice. Cand ai bonuri valorice nu te serveste la fel de rapid ca unul care plateste cash. Daca ramai cu bonuri si nu le-ai consumat banii raman tot la hotel. trebuie sa scapi de toate bonurile. Nuci nu putem sa plec pentru ca era ultima masa si trebuia sa cheltui ultimele bonuri.,

Hotelul, personalul, amplasarea hotelului cat i mancarea au fost la superlativ. Foarte primitori, camera foarte curata, nu am ce sa le reproez. Menionez ca in fiecare zi se face curat in camera .

Nu este legat de hotel sau ce tine de hotel, este vorba de agenia de turism , mai exact agentul Mihaela David care este cea mai prost calificata, de o nesimire crunta, ii raspunde pana ia banii apoi poi sa faci ce vrei ca doamna e de negasit. Datorita oamenilor ca ea nu cred ca la anul voi mai folosi aceasta firma care oricum ii intreine acest comportament.

Singura observaie, care nu se poate imputa H.Cometa, este ca in imediata apropiere apa marii este cu probleme (pietre, alge), dar in cinci minute cu maina se ajunge la plaja dintre Saturn si Venus care acum este mai frumoasa decat la Mamaia si fara agumeratie.

Un hotel modest, cu un raport pret/cazare real i nu in ultimul rand cu un personal cum ar trebui sa-l intalnim la orice unitate de cazare din tara. tot personalul e dragu, zambete, amabil dispus sa te ajute incepand cu agentul din parcare pana la persoana cu funcie mare. Micul dejun este bufet suedez unde nu ai cum sa te ridici de la masa flamand. au o terasa moderna cu privelite minunata. Parcarea este suficienta pentru toate mainile.

Dei nu tine de hotel un dezavantaj este golful din fata hotelului care are la intrarea in apa numai pietre i riti sa te accidenteze insa 50m spre Neptun este un golf cu intrarea in mare pe nisip iar langa golf este o plaja intinsa cu nisip pentru prosoape cu intrare lina in apa.

hotelul amplasat foarte aproape de plaja, cu o terasa grozava, personal la receptie prompt si foarte primitor

comparativ cu anul trecu cand am stat tot la acest hotel insa la et 8, acum la et 7 nu am mai avut aceleasi servicii de curatenie in sensul ca ni s-a schimbat asternuturile doar la cerere, in baie se facea curat superficial, la fel si in camera. patul era unul destul de uzat si pocnea din toate arcurile astfel ca a fost destul de dificil sa culci un copil mic in aceste conditii.

Hotelul total renovat, foarte curat, servicii ok, personalul de la receptie foarte amabil si dragut.

Parcarea se plateste, mi se pare treaba romaneasca sa platesti parcarea la hotelul unde esti cazat si anuleaza toata impresia pozitiva pe care ti-o lasa hotelul, nu este scumpa, este 7 lei pe zi, dar de principiu nu e ok. La fel in ziua in care faci check-out-ul, pan ala ora 12 poti lasa masina in parcare, dupa aia daca vrei sa o lasi si sa pleci mai tarziu costa 5 lei ora ( probabil o si spala sau ceva in timpul ala:) )

hotelul cometa este fff bine amplasat pe plaja si chiar in centrul statiunii. am stat la etajul 8 si am avut o priveliste superba ca sa nu mai spun ca si rasaritul il vedeam din balcon! personalul de la receptie foarte dragut, la fel si cei de la parcare si dnele de la curatenie. ni se facea zilnic curatenie in canera chiar cand eram la plaja si deci nu am fost in nici un fel deranjati, ni se schimbau la 3 zile asternuturile si la plecare ni s-a permis sa stam cu masina in parcare pana am plecat efectiv. recomand acest hotel mai ales ca noi am fost si cu copil mic si conditiile sunt foarte bune pentru familii cu copii. de mancat intradevar am gasit preparate foarte diversificate atat la terasa barina din fata hotalului cat si la four seasone un pic mai spre plaja. preturile sunt acceptabile. concediu placut pentru cei ce urmeaza sa mearga.

Neasteptat de curat avand in vedere cave hotel pe plaja si de obicei in alte locuri era plin de nisip. Probabil ajuta si lavoarul de la intrare unde lasi nisipul de pe plaja. Plaja curata nu foarte multe alge. Curatenie in camera.

Plaja in forma de golf dar e bine pentru copii ca sunt mai protejati. Nu are restaurant dar e recomandata o terasa in zona Barina unde se prinde greu o masa liberavsau o terasa la 15 minute unde gasesti si meniul zilei la 20 de lei si variantevun pic mai scumpe la alegere terasa Curacao. Se plateste parcarea dar macar ai un loc asigurat.

Hotelul este foarte bine intretinut. cred ca este meritul echipei manageriale. Doamnele de la receptie sunt deosebit de amabile si benevoitoare. Restaurantul Barina exceptional, cu servire exemplara si promta, preturi acceptabile, produse proaspete. La mai multe astfel de locatii.

Desi camerele sunt de fumetori si apar instructiuni pe usa de intrare conditiile, femeia de serviciu a tinut sa ne faca observatie ca fumam in camera, desi nu o faceam. In rest, curatenie in camera-mediocra. In baie mirosea permanent urat, cu tot ventilatorul.

Personal amabil, curaenie, prosoapele si lenjeria se schimba daca solicitai, la 20 metri de plaja, raport calitate/pre acceptabil. La 3 stele, camera spaioasa, camera dus suficient de mare, tv dolce, frigider si a/C. Balcon cu vedere la mare dar si spre staiune. trei lifturi, automat cafea, cantar electronic, fotoliu masaj funcionale. Mic loc de joaca pt copii afara. Parcare proprie. RECOMaND!

Plaja insuficient ingrijita (nisip cu scoici), intrare in mare pe pietre, turistii de la all inclusive au prioritate la sezlonguri, pentru ca sunt prea puine, chiar daca le-au scumpit cu 30% dupa doar cateva zile de la sosire. Preul e insa mai mare: aproape 10 euro (40 lei) pt 2 buc. faa de 6 euro, in Creta, de exemplu, unde in tarif intra si o masua si un mic cos de gunoi. in schimb, daca nu te trezesti la 7.00, risti sa nu mai prinzi sezlong sau umbrela. Nu lipsesc negustorii de cucuruz, kurtos etc.

Location: Hotel Cometa is located right on the seashore, in the center of the Jupiter resort and at a relatively short distance from the Neptun-Olimp resort and the other resorts in the area. A privileged location compared to most hotels on the Black Sea coast and ideal for spending your summer vacation.

Description and general facilities: reception, breakfast room, terrace-restaurant, bar, private parking, building P+8, 3 elevators, wireless network, etc.

Room description and facilities:

The rooms are equipped with: TV, minibar, private bathroom, balcony, A.C., etc

The standard double rooms have a balcony, T.V. fridge, A.C. and are oriented to the South-East (Cape Aurora and Hotel Meteor). They are distributed from floor 1 to floor 8.

The superior double rooms are identical in terms of equipment to the standard 3* double rooms, but they have a better view of the sea and are oriented to the North (Neptune-Olimp). They are distributed from the 1st floor to the 8th floor.

The standard triple rooms are equipped with a double matrimonial bed and a single bed, private bathroom, TV, balcony, minibar, air conditioning and are oriented to the South-East (Cape Aurora, Hotel Meteor). They are distributed from floor 1 to floor 8.

The superior triple rooms are identical in terms of equipment to the standard 3* triple rooms, but they have a better view of the sea and are oriented to the North (Neptune-Olimp). They are distributed from the 1st floor to the 8th floor.

The family rooms are similar to a studio and have a matrimonial bed and a single bed, large balcony, TV, fridge, AC and an area of approximately 25 square meters. They are distributed one on each floor (including the ground floor!). Their view is towards Padurea Comorova and they will be used only upon request and with the hotel's approval.

Sharing and extra beds are not allowed.

Meals: Breakfast will be a buffet. Lunch and dinner are optional, they can be served a la carte on the terrace - restaurant of the hotel and/or at other partner restaurants in the resort.

Remarks: Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
