Location:

The hotel is located on the bank of Cristului Repede, in the heart of the city, a few meters from Oradea City Hall.

"Vulturul Negru" hotel is located ultra-centrally, near Oradea City Hall, the building where it operates is part of the cultural heritage of the city on Crisul Repede. The building where the hotel operates dates from the early twentieth century, when a new style spread in Oradea , different from the academic ones, creating the premises of a stylistic diversification based on inventions and originality. The newly created style, secession, had two great periods, the curvilinear and floral and the geometric with clean shapes. The most important achievement in this style is the Black Eagle Palace (1907-1909), with the passage covered with glass that connects three streets. The building is multifunctional, comprising, at that time, casino, hotel, offices, restaurant, grouped in three asymmetrical bodies. The emblem of the ensemble, the stained glass window with the black eagle, was made in 1909, in the Neumann K workshop. The positioning of the Black Eagle Hotel is ultra-central, and the reconditioning of the interior finishes was done keeping the Art Nouveau style.

On the first level of the building there is a day bar, which has an all-glass ceiling, the bar being located in the center of the building. The capacity of this bar is 60 seats, it is also open to people who are not staying in the hotel.
On the fourth floor is the conference room. It is equipped with computers connected to the internet, with a capacity of 80 seats. Also on level IV is the hotel restaurant, which has a capacity of 80 seats, in the hotel restaurant serving breakfast.
The hotel has parking that covers 30% of the accommodation capacity, parking located in the immediate vicinity of the Black Eagle Passage.
