Cancellation policy for a reservation
This policy describes the procedure for cancelling a room reservation at Joyard - Pension & Parc and the applicable conditions. It applies to all reservations made at our guesthouse, by phone or through other booking channels.
The rates displayed on the site are rates per room per night and include VAT. Prices are displayed in RON.
We can confirm your reservation after providing the information requested for issuing the invoice and after paying an advance of 50% of the value of your stay.
Cancellation of reservations
1. If you wish to cancel a reservation, you must notify us at least 30 days before the arrival date and the deposit will be fully refunded within 7 days.
2. If you do not announce the cancellation or announce later than 30 days before the arrival date, or in case of no-show, after 19:00 on the arrival day, the entire value of the reservation is charged, the amount that is withheld from the advance paid. In case of no-show, our pension reserves the right to release the room(s) for the rest of the stay.3. The advance payment shall be returned within 15 days to the account from which the payment was made.
Modification or cancellation of reservation by Joyard - Pension & Park
We reserve the right to modify or cancel a reservation if there are technical problems, system errors or other unforeseen situations. In such situations, we will do our best to offer you accommodation alternatives or to refund you in full.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is available from 16:00 until 21:00 and check-out must be until 12:00. If you wish to check in earlier or check out later, please contact us in advance.
This cancellation policy applies to all reservations, except for those where another cancellation policy has been explicitly communicated via email by the guesthouse.
