Location: The Parc Balnear Complex is located just 50 meters from Lake Amara, located in the middle of nature, surrounded by the park leading to the beach. The spa resort Amara, one of the 10 spa resorts in Romania is located 125 km from Bucharest and 8 km from the city of Slobozia, benefits from natural healing factors due to the sapropelic mud and the water of Lake Amara.

General description and facilities: The complex consists of 2 hotels, of three and four stars respectively.

Hotel Parc 3 * has a capacity of 432 places and offers accommodation in single rooms, double rooms, apartment (jacuzzi or hot tub). Facilities: therapeutic gymnastics, mud therapy, ultrasound treatments, massages and galvanic and mineral baths, garden with a terrace, barbecue, playground, outdoor furniture, restaurant, bar, free private parking, tennis court.

Room description: 432 places divided into 104 standard double rooms or standard double rooms in single regime, 6 superior double rooms and 2 apartments composed of living room with a sofa bed and bedroom, bathroom with jacuzzi or vibrating massage bathtub.

All rooms are equipped with: air conditioning, refrigerator, telephone, private bathroom, desk, balconies, wi-fi, cable TV.

Meal services: meals are served in the Parc 3 * restaurant. The hotel's restaurant serves Romanian and international dishes, and the bar serves drinks and has billiards and air hockey facilities.

Treatment and Wellness: Spa treatment in Amara resort is indicated both for prophylaxis and for the treatment of the following diseases: rheumatic diseases, post-traumatic sequelae, peripheral neurological diseases, gynecological diseases, dermatology, respiratory, digestive, renal. The balneotherapeutic treatment is provided by specialized medical staff in the treatment base equipped with installations for hot baths with mineral water, mud packs, physiotherapy, gym.

Beach: Private beach with terraces, showers, sunbeds, water slide and children's pool. It also ensures the performance of natural treatments consisting of sun baths, baths in the lake water and treatment with sapropelic mud. For those interested there is a beach for women nudism and men's nudism where you can take mud baths in combination with swimming in Lake Amara.

Tourists must present at the hotel proof of insurance (certificate from work or pension coupon) and standard referral ticket for medical services in the social health insurance system. Otherwise, the treatment services will be charged at the rate of uninsured tourist and the tourist will be obliged to pay the difference at the reception.

Tourist attractions: Dendrological Park, Slobozia County Museum, Slobozia Agriculture Museum, Ionel Perlea Cultural Center Slobozia, Slobozia Church of the Holy Voivodes, Slobozia Heroes of the First World War Monument.
