Location:
Pensiunea Agroturistica Andrei is located on the DN73 road in Maracineni Commune, Argeselu Village. It benefits from a superb position, being at the foot of the forest, overlooking two cities (Pitesti on the right and Mioveni on the left).
It was built to the highest standards and has 8 luxury rooms, all with private bathroom and balcony.
Accommodation:
The 8 rooms are bright, spacious, have Luxurious 5 * mattresses, duvets and goose down pillows of the best quality. State-of-the-art TVs (Samsung smart TV in the 8 rooms), in the living room being installed Samsung UHD TV along with a home cinema system also
from Samsung.
Facilities:
In the living room there is also a solid wood fireplace, imported from Canada. Also on the ground floor we have, besides the living room and kitchen, a dining room and two service bathrooms, one of them with shower. The whole ground floor has underfloor heating
for increased comfort.
From the balconies and from the terrace of the pension you can see the two cities (Mioveni on the left and Pitestiul on the right) these being at approx. 5 km from the two cities.
On the night between the years, from the terrace of the pension you can see fireworks everywhere, including from the two cities.
The pension also has two saunas in the basement for a total of 4 people. They each have showers, LED lights and a radio.
It has an uncovered pool of generous dimensions, made of metal structure.
WI-FI is present everywhere with AC-4G connection.
Behind the pension there is a forest where we find many routes for off-road enthusiasts (off-road cars, motorcross or ATVs). Deer always come down from the forest for food. Most of the time it descends to the orchard of the pension. We inform you that poaching
is strictly forbidden in the area!
