Pensiunea Dorin a fost inaugurata in anul 2012, este situata la intrarea in orasul Borsa, pe partea dreapta DN 18 MOISEI-BORSA.

Location: The Dorin Roman guesthouse is located at the entrance to the town of Borsa, near DN 18, on the right side, in the direction of Moisei-Borsa-Pasul Prislop, being in the middle of the most important tourist attractions of the area. 14 km from Mocanita Viseu from above and also 14 km, but in the opposite direction, Cascada Cailor, Borsa Tourist Complex.

Room description and facilities: In the basement, a games room, 3 billiard tables and one table tennis, on the ground floor a 50-seat restaurant, internet, rooms with TV and balconies. The area offers conditions for practicing mountaineering and winter sports (ski slopes with varying degrees of difficulty, approved ski trampolines, 113 m, practicable until the months of April and May).

Room facilities:

Building A was built in 2011, renovated in the fall of 2018 and has 8 double rooms with private bathroom, 2 triple rooms with private bathroom, 1 apartment with (3 rooms, living room, bathroom and kitchen), dining room, 60 seats, kitchen, billiard room, ping-pong, terrace.

Building B was built in 2016 and has 6 apartments with 2 rooms each and private bathroom and 1 apartment with 3 rooms (2 single rooms and 1 double room).

Body A is glued to body B, forming a single building, but they do not communicate with each other.
