Description and general facilities: Villa ALEXYS TOP RESIDENCE is a new construction with Mediterranean architecture with a modern design, completed on July 1, 2020, being located in Mamaia Sat, next to the Inn with Fish, approximately 400 m from the beach. The location is monitored with external video cameras and an alarm system, it has 3 bedrooms on the first floor, fully furnished and equipped (air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, bathrobe, hair dryer). This beachfront property offers a garden and a terrace. Ammos Beach is 2.7 km from the holiday home.

Room facilities: One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom and balcony, and the other two bedrooms form an apartment with a shared bathroom. On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room equipped with air conditioning, Android TV, fireplace, service bathroom. The kitchen is open space, equipped and fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, stove, electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, sandwich maker, ice maker, hot/cold water dispenser, coffee maker and all utensils and crockery necessary. Guests have at their disposal a terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.
