On the ground floor, with TOTALLY SEPARATE entrances, the (discreet) owners live.
Kitchen for tourists (upstairs) fully furnished and equipped, with dining room.

Built and covered grill with sink (necessary to have charcoal for barbecue; we offer wood only for lighting the fire).

In terms of domestic animals (sympathetic to children), we have cats and 2 puppies large size, very sociable (on request, free through the yard).

In case of cancellation, the advance of 30% of the total price of the reservation is withheld for rescheduling the reservation / stay (rescheduling by mutual agreement, within the limits of the available places and data of the accommodation unit), if the reservation is canceled at least 3 days before check-in. If the reservation is cancelled less than 3 days before the check-in, the advance is lost.
Exceptions are the reservations for Easter, Christmas and New Year's Eve, when the cancellation with the rescheduling of the reservation / stay will be made at least 10 days before the check-in. If the reservation is cancelled less than 10 days before the check-in, the advance is lost.
If the client does not show up, he will be charged the total price of the reservation.
Pets, including dogs of any size, are accepted.
No smoking in the building. There are places arranged for smoking (terrace and gazebo).
Tourists who will cause MATERIAL DAMAGE, will bear the value of the respective damages (including damages produced by CHILDREN and / or pets).
No bangers and/or fireworks are accepted (being a pet friendly location) !!!
