About Moeciu de Sus - presentation, information, photos and recommendations
From the village there are several marked routes to the Bucegi Mountains and many other unmarked routes on the surrounding hills. Due to the abundance of hills and mountains, in the village you can practice hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, and in winter tobogganing, horse-drawn sleigh rides, and skiing and snowboarding on the nearby slopes: Cheile Grădiștei - 5 km, Zănoaga Poarta - 12 km, Poiana Brașov - 30 km.
In the village there are centers for renting bicycles, ATVs, ponies and the possibility to hire guides for hiking and local excursions.
There are also several restaurants open all year round, a pizzeria, bars and terraces, as well as several grocery stores, where you can buy basic products.
The nearest pharmacy and the nearest medical office are located at Cheile Grădiştei.
