A fost prima data cand am mers in vacanta all inclusive si prin agentie. Recomand astfel de vacante, am scapat de stresul transferului de la aeroport. Primirea a fost superba, cu flori. Totul a decurs foarte bine.

Intotdeauna imi iau vacantele prin Direct Booking si de fiecare data am fost multumita. De aceasta data au colaborat cu amara tour si au angajati nefrofesionisti. am uitat rucsacul in transfer si a durat mai mult de o ora pentru a putea lua legatura cu ghidul ce s-a ocupat de transfer. Desi am demonstrat prin poze ca rucsacul a ramas in transfer ( poze fix la iesirea din hotel cu rucsac in spate) si la intrarea in aeroport nu il aveam si ne am amintit ca l-am pus pe scaunul din transfer), soferul sustine ca nu a ramas acolo rucsacul. Foarte neprofesionisti! Ne-au lasat nr unui ghid roman si ne-a insotit un ghid ce nu era vorbitor de limba romana. Clar nu recomand amara tour ca si partener Firect Booking

agenția tEZ focusată doar să te mulgă de bani, inclusiv in drum spre aeroport opriri la magazine partenere ca să plătești mult; insistenți doar la sosire pentru vanzare pachete, neinteresați după să anunțe ora de plecare
