Este pentru prima data cand venim la Hotel Poienita si va spun cu cea mai mare sinceritate ca am fost placut surprinsi de tot ceea ce ofera acest hotel. intr-una din zile la micul dejun salata de vinete era expirata, era acra. am atras atenia unui salariat de la bucatarie i nu a luat-o din ochii turitilor, la bufetul suedez. L fel, carnaciorii prajii erau vechi, iar in ultimele zile de sejur mi-au ieit doi herpei pe buze. in camera i pe balcon nu am avut unde sa agaam pentru uscat prosoapele, halatele i costumele de baie.

Baza de tratament este mare si personalul amabil.

Masa se serveste afara pe o terasa ,pe masute de plastic si scaune de plastic.Daca este frig afara sau sufla vantul ,nu este confortabil deloc.Cafeaua servita este foarte slaba,pot da o numesc ceai de cafea.Picinele nu sunt adanci ,in apa gasesti viespi si mizerii avamd in vedere ca piscinele nu detin filtre.

Cazare buna, personal foarte amabil, mancare foarte buna i cina indosita in fiecare seara de program artistic, piscina curata.

Pacat pentru turitii cazai in hotel ca sunt pui sa plateasca intrarea la piscina exterioara. Consider ca aceasta taxa in boale de 30 lei/ adult i 15/lei/ copil , chiar daca ai doua intrari, este destul de costisitor . Sper ca in viitor sa fie eliminata aceasta taxa de intrare

am ales sa petrec Craciunul la acest hotel datorita comentariilor citite, asa ca am hotarat sa las si eu un feedback. tin sa felicit managerul, un om calduros care stie sa zica "buna ziua" de cate ori este nevoie la toata lumea si personalul care este la fel de calduros si amabil. Conditiile la hotel au fost decente, in schimb meniul de la restaurant (bufet suedez la mic dejun si cina) au depasit asteptarile. Un meniu extrem de diversificat si extrem de bun! am ramas placut placut impresionat..

am fost placut impresionata de pachetul destinat Zilei Nationale. Puncte forte : diversitatea menului, in special mic dejun precum si programul destinat Zilei de 1 Decembrie si prestatia celor doua soliste si a invitatului. Felicitari. Vom revenii cu siguranta si anul viitor.
