8 km away from the new International Airport Brasov – Ghimbav and 1 km from the Aqua Paradise, in Bartolomeu neighborhood there is the residential complex ALPHAVILLE ARENA built near FC BRASOV stadium (Tineretului)
We are waiting for you to spend your vacation in a location that offers you a beautiful 180 degree view from the 11th floor. You will benefit from a 37 sqm studio with 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and free covered parking.
If you need anything during your stay, please let us know and we will do our best to help you.
As hosts we present you the HOUSE RULES that we respectfully ask you to take into account during your stay. By accepting to live at ALPHAVILLE ARENA SKY VIEW you implicitly agree to the following rules:
-- From the moment of booking confirmation you will have 1 day to make the full payment by bank transfer. If you do not pay, your reservation will be cancelled
-- Accommodation at the location is made by presenting before arrival the identity card for each person who will stay to fill in the check-in form
-- We can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults (the location does not have space and facilities for children).
In the apartment will not be accepted other persons in addition to the maximum 2 accommodated (you will not be checked-in and your reservation will be passed to no-shows with the corresponding penalties)
-- The location is for non-smokers (possibly smoke a cigarette on the balcony where you will find an ashtray – please do not throw cigarettes or other garbage from the balcony)
Pets are not accepted, no matter how small, cute and harmless they are
-- We are waiting for you on [CHECKIN_DATE] at [CHECKIN_OPEN_TIME] hours (if possible we will announce if we will be able to offer the room earlier), so we wish you a good road, with priority to Brasov, Str. Stadionului 16, near FC Brasov (Tineretului) stadium, ALPHAVILLE ARENA, Bl. C2 (the middle one), Etj.11 - we will send you and share location for Waze
-- Upon arrival you will have to bypass the blocks behind to reach the covered parking on the ground floor below block C2 (the middle one), where private place no.6 awaits you - the entrance is a bit low, I think below 2.5 m (I hope there will be no problems with the height of your vehicle)
