Cabana Dochia

Cabana Dochia este situata în zona superioară a masivului Ceahlau, pe platou, între vîrfurile Lespezi (1 805 m) şi Bîtca Gheodon (1 845 m). Are o poziţie dominantă, cu vizibilitate totală spre est, sud-est şi sud, şi este principala cabană a Munţilor Ceahlău, fiind singura bază de cazare la mare altitudine.

Location
 Cabana Dochia is located in the upper area of ​​the Ceahlau massif, on the plateau, between the peaks Lespezi (1,805 m) and Bîtca Gheodon (1,845 m). It has a dominant position, with total visibility to the east, southeast and south, and is the main cottage of the Ceahlau Mountains, being the only accommodation base at high altitude.

 Access roads: On marked tourist paths, from the base of the mountain, from all the cardinal points; from Ceahlău village in 4½ – 5 hours; from Izvorul Alb or Secu localities in 5½-6 hours; from the Izvorul Muntelui chalet in 3–3½ or 4–4½ hours; from Neagra village in 6-7 hours; from Telec village in 5-5½ hours; from Pintic village in 5½-6 hours; from Durău resort in 3-4 hours.
