Osptarii las de dorit, incredibil de nepstori treceau pe lang noi fr s ne intrebe ceva, doar ca s-i aduc meniul am ateptat undeva la 30-40 min, cu mancarea iari veneau foarte greu, pentru acest lucru nu vom mai reveni in acest loc, nu ne rugm de nimeni pe banii notri

Un aspect foarte placut este atitudinea pozitiva a angajatilor, chiar simti ca esti bine primit. Un mare plus pentru personalul responsabil cu activitatile de divertisment cat si cei care se ocupa de rezervari, prompti si deschisi. Complexul este bine organizat, activitatile de divertisment reprezinta un motiv pentru a te reintoarce.

Unii dintre ospatari/picoli uita ce produse sa aduca, fie nu le aduc corespunzator cerintelor, fie iti pun pe nota de plata produse extra ceea ce e neplacut. In ceea ce priveste curatenia, este loc de mai bine.

Complexul este foarte curat, minunat amenajat, mai ales pentru familii cu copii, mancarea traditionala deosebita, iar oamenii prietenosi si ospitalieri. In legatura cu restrictiile impuse de prevenirea raspandirii virusului, am apreciat recomandarile clare, argumentate, ferme si totodata politicoase transmise turistilor. In perioada actuala nu se intra in camere pt curatenie, tot ca masura de preventie, turistii solicita expres la receptie daca vor la un moment dat acest serviciu. altfel, doar se ridica zilnic gunoiul.

astepti mult pana sa ti se aduca la masa comanda, dar totul este proapat si gustos, asa incat pana la urma noi am considerat ca merita si am luat acest aspect ca atare.

Locatie cu foarte multe activitati pentru copii. Curatenie in camera. Camera mare, frumoasa, cu spatiu suficient pentru o familie cu 2 copii. Mascote, calarie, piscine incalzite.

Mancarea la restaurant proasta sau foarte proasta. Servirea la restaurant lasa de dorit(cu o singura exceptie-o doamna chelner, care chiar stia cum sa se comporte). In baie mirosea puternic a canalizare-singura solutie a fost sa stam cu geamul de la baie deschis in permanenta. Salteaua de pe patul matrimonial semistricata(scartaia la fiecare miscare)

Locaie superba, pe placul copiilor cat i al adulilor, foarte multe activitai, nu ai cum sa te plictiseti.

Mancare scumpa i ordinara, ineleg sa plateti ceva mai mult pe o mancare buna, nu 7 lei pe un mic sau 16 lei o cafea. Ospatari nepoliticoi. In 6 zile nu s-a facut curaenie niciodata, nu s-au schimbat prosoape, cu toate ca se precizeaza ca se schimba la 3-4 zile sau la solicitare daca sunt lasate pe cada.

Had a great time,with so many activities going on indoor for kids and adults also.Clean resort from room to swimming pool.

Maybe in the restaurant...some waiters trying to be more..polite ..and open up a bit with the customers..Prices a bit expensive while you are not allowed to bring food and drink in the room.and a great idea will be during the winter time,with not so many things to do in the resort outdoor...a skating ring..for kids and adults.

amplasarea este fascinanta, peisajul este impresionant mai ales de la piscina exterioara mare si/sau restaurant. Staff-ul este foarte bine instruit, nota 10 pentru staff! Foarte curat si bine intretinut tot resortul si toate locurile de agrement. Camera curata. Cu siguranta ne vom intoarce!

Suportii de sapun (toti) din baie erau foarte ruginiti, colacul de la wc nu era prins bine de wc, lipsa cosurilor de gunoi pe suprafata resortului. Nu poti avea pretentia sa nu aduci mancare si/sau bautura dinafara resortului (cum scrie pe foarte multe afisaje) in conditiile in care ai copil mic si daca esti cazat la vilele de jos pana ajungi la restaurantul resortului mergi 200m in panta abrupta. Preturile restaurantului din resort sunt mari, portiile si mancarea nu reflecta deloc preturile, diversitatea mancarii foarte mica.

am rezervat camera dubla cu un pat suplimentar, am primit bonus inca unul suplimentar - rezervarea fiind pt 2 copii si 2 adulti ; camera primita a fost foarte spatioasa. Cum unul dintre copii nu a mai putut ajunge, pe camera ni s-au pus banutii aferenti lui pt a-i folosi la masa. Pt ca a fost nitel racoare, s-a pornit caldura in camere, ceea ce a sporit confortul dupa plimbarile prin ploaie. Ca de obicei, personalul din complex amabil, mancarea buna . Foc de tabara frumos, muzica live - atmosfera relaxata.
