Personal amabil i piscina mare, incalzita pentru copii, baie mare i camera spaioasa.

Piscina are nevoie de o mai buna intreinere, mobilier vechi, preturile la restaurant sunt exagerate. am avut bilet cu mic-dejun, care a fost acceptabil. Daca mergem prin comparaie cu alte hoteluri din apropiere, pret-calitate, nu se merita, dar este Bran i de asta se profita cu aceste preuri.

Mancarea la restaurant foarte prost gatita si totul foarte scump, Micul dejun foarte saracacios ! La spa in prima jacuzi si sauna erau oprite si au fost pornite foarte tarziu iar a doua zi apa din jacuzii a fost foarte rece !!

patul extra large confortabil, curatenie zilnic, balconul un plus,

fiind camera Deluxe, 2 adulti+copil 7 ani, am avut si o canapea extensibila care doar ocupa loc in camera, inconfortabila si poate prea uzata. Panze de paianjen, mobilierul cojit, materialele de decor demodate, mocjeta cu arsuri. piscina mizerabila, partea dinspre jacuzzi cu nisim pe fundul ei, la jacuzii partea de sus sparta, geamurile murdare, verzi, peretii cu mucegai(e umiditate dar se poate intretine). Mancarea prea scumpa pentru gust/cantitate. per total, nota 5. Degeaba ai 4 stele daca ele-s cazatoare....

In ziua in care ne-am cazat (1.05.2023) ,in jurul orei 18 am mers la piscina iar dupa aproximativ 30-40 min au aparut cativa copii cu parinti si instructor pentru cursuri de inot. Nu am fost anuntati de la receptie ca au loc aceste cursuri in intervalul acela orar (mentionez ca nu te mai puteai relaxa ,puteai doar pleca in camera). Copii intre exercitii se udau cu apa (foloseau furtunul cu apa calda,cel atarnat in piscina) iar parintii stateau incaltati si imbracati cu haine de exterior pe sezlonguri langa lucrurile noastre personale (ceea ce imi pare marea nesimtire)

Hotel extraordinar de frumos, incaperea unde am stat foarte spaioasa, privelitea magnifica, personalul foarte amabil.

Mobilier in camera vechi i neingrijit-uile la dulap nu culiseaza, ua la frigider nu se inchide, televizorul este foarte vechi iar batoanele nu merg,ua la balcon se deschide foarte greu, piscina are mult clor i un aspect neingrijit, sauna nu merge, duurile nu merg....

Camera mare. Mancare ok. Si cam atat. Loc de joaca exterior decent

Camera care am primit o nu fusese aspirata mocheta ( firimituri, elastice, bomboane MM). Mobilier invechit si zgariat. Mocheta murdara si f patata ( mai ales pe hol). La baie gauri in faianta unde probabil au fost amplasate alte suporturi. apa la dus nu era niciodata calda - doar rece sau f fierbinte. Nu am reusit sa le mixam ca sa ne putem bucura de un dus reconfortant, iar pe cel mic l am oparit de cateva ori. Para de dus trebuia tinuta in mana pt ca sistemul de fixare nu era compatibil. Frigiderul care scotea niste zgomote infernale ( ca si cum cineva sforaia alaturi f puternic). L am scos din priza noaptea. Pete pe pereti. Pe hol tavan cu tencuiala patata si cazuta. Piscina functionala, incalzita dar cu iz de vechi ( faianta veche, rugina in jurul ornamentelor metalice, uscator de par nefunctional, sistemul de bule din piscina nefunctional). Din 3 saune doar 1 era functionala ( am stat la gramada - a fost ok, am transpirat mai repede). O usa improvizata separa piscina de terasa exterioara. Mare atentie pt cei cu copii mici : geamurile la mansarda sunt f jos amplasate iar daca nu sunt bine inchise se pot intampla accidente groaznice. Maxim 3 stele cu indulgenta. La pretul care l am platit pe camera ma asteptam la cu totul altceva. total dezamagit.

am fost cazati in apartament. O camera foarte mare desi era un pat matrimonial si o canapea extensibila, a ramas suficient loc de joaca pentru copii. Dotat cu toate cele necesare. Piscina e foarte mare, semiolimpica. apa din piscina un pic cam rece daca stai pe loc, dar daca te misti e numai buna. Copiii au fost incantati. Personalul foarte amabil, nimeni nu ne-a incurcat si deranjat. In camera si in baie s-a facut curat zilnic. Micul dejun consitent si bine aprovizionat cu de toate. Personalul de la restaurant foarte amabil. Langa complex este un magazin Mega Image. Locuri de parcare suficiente. Loc de joaca si spatiu verde.

Desi micul dejun a fost bun. Mancarea din meniu din pacate nu a fost pe gustul nostru. In rest nu am avea nimic de obiectat.

Mici probleme la baie: -cabina de dus nu se inchidea bine, aa ca se scurgea apa pe gresia din baie la fiecare du. -apa de la wc curgea intr-una, ceea ce facea un zgomot stresant. acest lucru l-a reparat repede soul meu.

Camera mare, mocheta curata i spaiu suficient in camera. Coul de gunoi de la baie cat un bidon de 3 litri... iar daca nu ceri tu sa vina sa il schimbe.. asa il lasa mereu.

Micul dejun f slab i acelai fara nicio schimbare 4 diminei la rand, cat am stat eu, poate asa este tot timpul... De cand am ajuns i pana am plecat niciodata facut curaenie, iar daca ceri tu la recepie, curaenie inseamna sa ii ia coul de gunoi de la baie. Lenjeria neschimbata toata perioada, fara nicio dezinfecie. atepi fff mult la restaurantul hotelului... nu mai spun de preuri ridicate..

Este amplasat bine , din balcon se deschide o privelite frumoasa, mic dejun tip bufet suedez destul de bogat dar aceleai produse in fiecare zi, ,piscina mare cu intrare pentru copii mici, teren de joaca mare unde copii se ppt juca in sigurana,camera i baia curate

De asemenea, piscina ar avea nevoie de o mica reamenajare. am acordat o nota mai mica mancarii, deoarece aparatul de dozare sucuri, foloseste apa cu substante la plic. ar fi nemaipomenit niste sucuri naturale.

Camere foarte mari si spatioase

Hotelul s-a deteriorat f tare tavanul de la piscina este vazut Becurile din piscina sunt scoase din lacasul lor si atarna cu firele in apa. F f periculos Curatenie facuta de mantuiala si mocheta plina de pete. Pacat ca odata, era bej. Fotoliile din camera au sezutul rupt iar tapiteria extrem de jegoasa iar pledul ornamental, ce acopera partial patul, in zona picioarelor, mai bine nu l-ar mai pune. Este foarte jegos. De ce mai puneti asa ceva pe pat, peste o lenjerie, care se vede, curata Nu va inteleg! Pacat! Mare pacat pt un hotel frumos, care a fost. Eu am fost de 5 ori, dar acum e deplorabil.

amplasarea buna, privelistea foarte frumoasa, mic dejun bogat, personal amabil. La piscina OK, dar foarte aglomerat in unele zile (cred ca veneau copii din alta parte, din tabara)

Se mai poate lucra la capitolul curatenie. a fost facuta superficial. avand copil mic si fiind camera de 4 stele ma asteptam sa fie curat. Pe terasa nu a fost maturat.

Wolf1 nu are piscina proprie. trebuie sa mergi cativa metri p-afara, apoi poti trece prin restaurant si pe pasarela ca sa ajungi in Wolf 2, unde este piscina. Bineinteles exista vestiar cu cheie si cabina unde sa te schimbi, daca vrei acest lucru. Deci daca alegeti complexul si pentru piscina, cazati-va in Wolf 2. acolo coborati doar cu liftul si piscina este la parte

Contrar celor citite pe salturile cu impresii, hotelul Wolf 2 ma surprins placut. Privelite superba, camere spaioase i curate, personal implicat in activitatea hotelului. Despre restaurantul taverna Lupilor numai de bine. Personal amabil discret dar oricand gata sa te serveasca cu cele mai apetisante mancaruri i imbietoare bauturi.
