Location: The Marinn complex is 350 meters (5 minutes walk) from the beach in Costineti. The nearest train station is less than 300 meters from the property (2 minutes walk), also there is the Costinesti-Constanta minibus station.

Description: The Marinn complex consists of two buildings, totaling a number of 42 rooms (double and triple rooms, a Duplex apartment for 8 people and a luxury apartment (maximum 5 people).

Villa Marinn 1: 15 double rooms all with private bathroom, TV, 7 rooms have a refrigerator.
Villa Marinn 2: 4 apartments x 4 places, 19 double rooms. All rooms are equipped with en suite bathroom, TV, air conditioning. The apartments have their own kitchens.

General facilities: reception, restaurant, bar, furnished terrace, outdoor dining area, garden with lawn and brightly colored flowers, playground, hot water non-stop, barbecue, shared kitchen access, free WiFi internet access in the whole building, smoking area.
