Capra Chalet, located in Aferu, 1585 meters above sea level, only 9 km from Balea glacial lake, Capra Tourist Complex is easy to locate due to the special architecture and excellent location, only 50 m from DN 7C, Transfagarasan, the most the spectacular paved
road in Romania.
Guests can go hiking on the trails of the Ghiţu Massif or can practice winter sports such as climbing, skiing or sledding.

The restaurant of the Capra 3 * Tourist Complex with a capacity of 60 people and the terrace of the restaurant that offers a number of 60 seats, awaits you with a traditional cuisine, based on tasty Romanian dishes, which can satisfy, on request, the most diverse
and pretentious tastes. The restaurant allows the organization of festive moments - anniversaries, dinners or private events.
Capra Tourist Complex also provides a conference room with a capacity of 30 seats, which can be the ideal place for company meetings, seminars, conferences, team-buildings. A video projector and a flipchart are provided free of charge in the conference room.
Capra Tourist Complex offers multiple possibilities for leisure and team-building activities, such as the club with billiards or table tennis, snow park for snowboarding and skiing, rustic terrace and outdoor playground for children.

Capra Chalet was completely rebuilt on the location of the old chalet. The architecture corresponds to the new requirements in mountain tourism, but, at the same time, it integrates perfectly in the beauty and authenticity of the Transfagarasan surroundings.
The complex has 52 accommodation places in 10 double rooms with twin beds, 9 double rooms with matrimonial bed, 3 triple rooms and an apartment, equipped with: own bathroom, shower, cable television, own automatic central heating.
Most rooms have a balcony and offer you a lovely view. Extra beds are available for families with children.
