Complexul ArtEd a fost inaugurat in luna mai 2009, si dispune de 18 apartamente si 4 camere simple, cu suprafete cuprinse intre 37 si 54 de metri patrati, avand grup sanitar propriu (dotat cu 2 chiuvete, toaleta si cabina de dus). Structura de cazare este flexibila, apartamentele putand fi configurate sa gazduiasca 2, 3 sau 4 persoane, reprezentand astfel o varianta ideala pentru familii cu copii. La cerere se pot amenaja camerele cu cate 3 paturi, capacitatea totala crescand astfel la 120 de locuri. Livingul spatios (60 metri patrati) este un loc placut de relaxare, unde veti gasi jocuri de societate, iar in serile deosebite putem organiza concerte de jazz, folk, spectacole de teatru sau seri de dans. Curtea complexului este de aproximativ 12.ooo mp, inconjurata de padure si cu priveliste deosebita pe toate laturile. Complexul are un restaurant cu o capacitate maxima de 120 de persoane, care ofera o panorama superba a masivului Ceahlau. Complexul are trei terase exterioare, dintre care doua, de 30 mp, respectiv 45 mp, acoperite. Curtea generoasa de 12.000 de metri patrati este complet ingradita si poate fi folosita atat ca partie de sanius (sau schi), cat si ca loc de joaca pentru copii.
