Description and general facilities: Built in Gothic and Renaissance style in the 16th century, restored with great care and skill, the building of Hotel Diafan reflects not only respect for history, but also the grace of the owners for beautiful and elegant - all in support of a hotel service impeccable.

Room facilities: In the 11 rooms, of which 8 with double bed, 2 apartments and a single room, you can relax during your trip. Every room in the hotel offers guests free internet access - LAN, television. For the ultimate comfort, room and private laundry services are available.

Meal services: In the 16th century building, there is an intimate restaurant with 50 seats. Along with a unique view of the historic center of the city, you can enjoy near the heat of the fireplace, specialties from Romanian and international cuisine.

About Baia Mare

The town was first attested in 1329 in an act of the chancery of King Charles and was developed as a center for gold in the 14-15 centuries. In 1446 the city became Hunyadi his family.
