type (270 sqm) benefiting from a living room of over 60 sqm, dressing room, two bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 of them with bathtub) a generous terrace equipped with beach chairs and an amazing view from where the sunrise is a special story. It will be completed
in 2021, with deluxe fittings and finishes, made to a high quality level. Considering that we do not have a reception service, to ensure a quick check-in, please provide us with information regarding the time of arrival by phone , message, whatsapp, email
at least 3 hours before arrival.
ROOM DESCRIPTION: The apartment is fully equipped, so that our guests benefit from all the comfort of a special vacation. The kitchen is equipped with everything a skilled cook could want, from crockery to all the necessary tools (stove, oven, refrigerator
with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, etc.). The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer, vacuum cleaner, air conditioning, etc. In conclusion, you have everything you need to spend an exceptional vacation.

From the moment of taking over the key, the tourist is responsible for the reserved apartment and the integrity of its inventory. A possible extension of the stay will be confirmed depending on the availability of the reserved apartment. For the release of
the apartment after 12:00, but no later than 16:00, a fee of 50% of the rate for the respective day is charged. Leaving the apartment after 16:00 is charged with a full night's accommodation and can only be done with the agreement of the provider. Handing
