The location is in the central-northern area of the resort, on the shore of Lake Siutghiol, opposite the Dorna hotel.

The apartment is completed in May 2021, with quality equipment and finishes, made to a high quality level. Free private parking is possible at the property (no reservation required). Access is from Mamaia Boulevard.

ROOM DESCRIPTION: The apartment is fully equipped, so that our guests benefit from all the comfort of a special vacation. The kitchen is equipped with everything a skilled cook could want, from crockery to all the necessary tools (stove, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, etc.). The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer, vacuum cleaner, air conditioning, etc. Of course, every apartment in our portfolio has a high-speed Wi-Fi connection. In conclusion, you have everything you need to spend an exceptional vacation. We are waiting for you to be our guest and spend a perfect vacation with your family.

REGULATIONS - Arrival and departure - The reception of the apartment (check-in) can be done, at the latest, starting with 16.00. In the event that the apartment to be accommodated is vacated sooner, the accommodation will be made immediately after the general sanitization and disinfection is finished. The release of the apartment (check-out) will be done before 11.00. Considering that we do not have a reception service, in order to ensure a quick check-in, please provide us with information regarding the arrival time by phone, message, whatsapp, email at least 3 hours before your arrival.

From the moment of taking over the key, the tourist is responsible for the reserved apartment and the integrity of its inventory.

A possible extension of the stay will be confirmed depending on the availability of the reserved apartment. For the release of the apartment after 12:00, but no later than 16:00, a fee of 50% of the rate for the respective day is charged. Leaving the apartment after 16:00 is charged with a full night's accommodation and can only be done with the agreement of the provider. Handing over the key at the end of the stay will be done only after the apartment has been checked by the GooApartments team. In case of early departure, please notify us by phone, message, whatsapp or email before leaving the apartment, to take over the inventory.
