Hotelul se prezinta intr-o stare foarte buna, personalul foarte atent cu cerintele noastre, camerele mari si curate, mobilier modern, wi fi de buna calitate, parcare gratuita si Restaurant in care se piate servi micul dejun si cina. Noi am avut doar mic dejun platit, un mic dejun bogat, sucuri la alegere si un Espressor care facea diverse tipuri de cafea. Intr-un cuvant goarte multumit de servicii, servire si locatie ! Recomand.

am fost placut impresionate de loca?ie, priveli?tea minunata din balcon,de cura?enie dar, mai presus de acestea, de amabilitatea si profesionalismul personalului, de caldura ?i disponibilatea cu care am fost tratate. La restaurant ne-am bucurat de un meniu variat, diversificat ?i foarte bine preparat ?i servit. Va recomandam cu drag Hotel Iri, iat noi cu sigura?a vom reveni. Va mul?umim !

am fost cazati imediat cum am ajuns, in jurul orei 11. Caldura in camere.

Micul dejun este extrem de saracacios, si acelasi in fiecare zi. Mocheta din camera era veche, perdeaua rupta, veioza sparta. apartamentul de 2 camere are un singur tV. Se face curatenie si se schimba prosoapele doar daca soliciti acest lucru si lasi cheia la receptie.

Personal amabil i cam atat.

Lipsa curaenie in camera, coul de gunoi trebuia sa-l ducem noi(se lasau saci pentru gunoi i hartie igienica pe hol, sa ne servim in caz de nevoie) , daca se dorea curaenie sau schimbat prosoape/lenjerie trebuia sa anunam la recepie, erau fire de par peste tot, de aspirat nici vorba, prizele ieeau din perete, o caldura de nesuportat, efectiv frigea podeaua, in baie nu puteai sta cu ua inchisa de frica sa nu ne sufocam in interior, cabina de dus lasa de dorit, aveai impresia ca se va sparge in momentul in care intri in ea(era dintr-un material foarte prost, pur i simplu se indoia cand calcam cu picioarele pe ea, ma refer la cadita cabinei de dus), becurile erau majoritatea arse, atat in camera, cat i pe balcon. Se afla destul de departe fata de partie(cam vro 30 min de mers pe jos), partia era folosita doar pentru ski, mai era una mai mica langa pentru saniu, care se platea 15 lei pe zi pentru a te putea da ea. Nici masa nu a fost diversificata, acelai fel in fiecare zi, nu se murea de foame, aveai ce alege.
