Privelite superb, camer curat, gata pentru check-in repede, nu am ateptat deloc, cald in camer, personalul de la recepie amabil, micul dejun destul de bun (nu era obiectivul nostru principal s mancm, ci s ne bucurm de staiune i munte, deci nu a contat foarte mult micul dejun).

Patul scaraia ingrozitor la orice micare, ua de la baie fcea zgomot, nite pocnituri, cand o deschideam. Funciona doar un lift, in condiiile in care au venit 2 autocare pline cu oaspei i n-a mai fost loc la lift, ba chiar era inghesuial pe un lift minuscul tot weekendul, plus ateptare destul de lung s urci pan la ultimul etaj.

Hotel impozant dar intr-o stare avansata de degradare,mocheta,mobilier si tocarie distrusa,mic dejun saracacios si neschimbat,mancarea de la restaurant foarte scumpa si lipsa produse din meniu,o parte din angajati tristi si recalcitranti,etc.

Camera twin superioara (610). Amenajata frumos, vedere frumoasa. Iti place sa revii.

Telefonul nu poate fi folosit (cred ca sunt de vina acumulatorii). Aerul conditionat nu poate fi reglat, a trebuit sa tin geamul deschis si noaptea. Temperatura in camera nu scadea sub 26°. Lipsa capac protectie doza elecreica pe hol.

Hotelul Silva este singur loc care st langa muntele uriae. i din cauza aceasta cel mai frumos peisaj este din balconul hotelului Silva. Micul dejun e extraordinar: proaspt, mult, bogat i diferit. M bucur c am putut s stm nite zile in acest hotel.

Fara servicii de curatenie in camera pe perioada sederii. Mizerie in camera si baie/igrasie+mucegai. Fara acces la restaurant din cauza unor tabere de copii - karate Balamuc la propriu, cel putin intre orele 20-22-30. Copii nesupravegheati, zgomot infernal.(supraveghetorii - sensei si parintii la bautura in restaurant, fara educatie si respect pentru ceilalti turisti, fara nicio responsabilitate, nesimtire dusa la extrem!). Personalul nu isi asuma nicio raspundere - sunteti pe cont propriu!

Privelite frumoasa. Micul dejun foarte bun. Mancarea fabuloasa( pranzul i cina). Mulumim alex pentru daruirea i calitatea serviciilor.

Ua de la balcon nu se inchidea bine, efectiv intra viscolul pe langa . Dei am fost doi aduli cu doi copii am avut doar doua perne pe care a trebuit sa le imparim . Suportul hartiei de la toaleta este montat efectiv la circa 1- 1,5 metri de vasul wc . ( Nu tiu ce a fost in mintea lor).

absolut superb, camera conform cerinelor, curat, linite! Se simte prezenta noului management al restaurantului, mancarea buna, porii generoase pt a la carte, micul dejun foarte variat, cafea buna, iar servirea exemplara! Multa grija pt curaenie peste tot, stralucesc toate, miroase frumos peste tot. terasa din spate - foarte placut sa bei cafeaua sau sa cinezi in acea locaie. Servire ireproabila, o echipa bine sudata, prietenoi, manager de calitate i chef adus din afara! Exact ce ne-am dorit in aceste zile.

au mai crescut preturile fata de inceputul lunii august, cand am mai fost aici 5 nopi.

Hotelul Silva din Buteni are nevoie de o renovare urgenta. Mobilier vechi, Baia este foarte murdara, cu mucegai pe la colturi, cabina de dus plina de mucegai, apa din cabina curge pe jos, vantul sufla cu putere pe la garniturile uii de la balcon. Vad ca feedback-ul negativ dispare automat, este un feedback constructiv sa rezolvai problemele, nu sa pacalii oamenii ca e un hotel de 3 stele.

un concediu foarte frumos petrecut in zona Busteni, zona superba, foarte multe obiective turistice in zona

eu, am rezervat o camera, pentru 3 nopti, 2 adulti, cu mic dejun inclus. cand am ajuns la receptie, am fost informat ca trebuie sa mai achit o suma de 40 lei pe zi, pentru trei zile, adica 120 lei. nu prea am inteles, de ce, dar am platit. sa fie ca micul dejun era pt o singura persoana...oricum, nu prea am inteles de la d-na de la receptie, in primul rand, nu mi-a placut tonul ei...asa ca, am platit... o alta neplacere, a fost ca am stat de la ora 11:00 la 15:00 la coada la teleferic la dus, unde am prins ultima cabina si 2 ore la intoarcere, tot ultima cabina.... in rest, a fost un concediu de vis...

Ne-a placut foarte mult la Hotel Silva. Personalul este foarte dragut, orice dorina am avut s-a putut rezolva. am vrut chiar o ora de echitaie in condiiile in care in Buteni nu exista club de echitaie i s-a rezolvat i aceasta dorina a mea. Camera este foarte curata. Lenjeria i prosoapele se schimba din doua in doua zile chiar daca sunt neatinse. Mancarea este foarte buna i nu se ateapta mult la masa. in staiune, chiar daca nu a mers telecabina, hotelul are in camera o carte de vizita a unei firme care organizeaza excursii la un pre mai mic decat preul telecabinei. Excursia a fost superba... Camera are balconul cu vedere spre munte... De vis... Superlativ pentru tot.
