Doar pozitia este ok ca este la ceva distanta de centrul orasului.

Hotelul dupa dotari si amenajari nu este de categoria 3*. toate serviciile pot fi imbunatatite, inclusiv pregatirea, amabilitatea personalului. Se practica preturi mari pe servicii,inclusiv taxa de statiune si parcare....Deci o parere proasta, nu o sa revin curand, totul fiind orientat doar spre profit. Daca centrul SPa nu functioneaza se putea compensa probabil cu alte servicii, asta ca sugestie....

am revenit cu placere anul acesta din nou la hotel Montana Covasna 3 stele in perioada 23.06.2019-30.06.2019. a fost foarte bine , pe mine locul acesta ma incarca cu multa energie pozitiva. La hotel a fost foarte bine, camera curata, bufetul suedez la cele 3 mese ofera mincare foarte buna si variata pt. toate gusturile. La tratament la fel d-nele asistente sunt dragute ,la baile carbogazoase d-na Erika este deosebita.

am petrecut concediul la Hotel Montane 3 stele in perioada 24.06.2018-.4.07.2018. a fost foarte bine, camera curata la fel si baia, privelistea minunata , mincarea la bufet suedez a fost un rasfat pe toata durata sejurului , cinste bucatarilor , foarte variata, bogata si facuta cu mult gust. La proceduri mai lasa de dorit personalul, doamna de la baile carbogazoase a fost foarte draguta cu multa rabdare, doamna de la mofete ar trebuii sa explice ce se face acolo si daca nu te simti bine sa nu cobori de pe prima treapta si timpul sa fie mai putin, la gimnastica ce sa spun , parca nu aveau chef de munca nici intr-o zii, sa determine turistii sa faca sport si asa stam foarte bine cu obezitatea, dar ei cred ca abia asteptau sa treaca timpul cit i-l petreceai in sala , daca intrebai ceva ti se raspundea daca nu puteai sa stai 1/2 ora ca nu xicea nimeni nimic, pacat. O sa mai mergem la hotel Montana Covasna cu siguranta.

Si eu si sotul meu am fost extrem de incantati de tot ceea ce ne-a oferit Hotelul Montana: cazare foarte bune mancare deosibit de diversa si foarte bine pregatita, pesonalul de exceptie atat in hotel, restaurant cat si la baza de tratament. Personal destul de amabil. Camera buna, cu balcon, cu grup sanitar curat.

Balconul foarte murdar, nu a fost curaat nici inaintea sejurului, nici pe parcurs. Mancare gatita variata, dar la micul dejun aceleai mezeluri de slaba calitate zilnic: parizer, salam, toba, branzeturi etc. Ciorbele de a doua zi aveau resturi din ciorbele din ziua anterioara. Ex. ciorba de fasole boabe avea in ea carnaciori din seara precedenta i bucai de piept de pui din ciorba de ieri. La banii platii, cam discutabila prestaia. Nimeni nu vine sa manance ca inecatul, dar ceea ce mananci sa fie proaspat i de calitate. Nu exista restaurant unde sa poi manca altceva, cu atmosfera, cu muzica in afara cantinei de 2* i a bufetului suedez la 3*. in apropierea hotelului nu se afla niciun punct comercial cu fructe, presa, ci doar in ora. Pentru varstnici e o provocare, caci drumul coboara spre staiune, dar este in panta la intoarcere.

Doamna de la receptie a fost amabila si ne-a oferit o camera conform solicitarii noastre. administratorul de la restaurant s-a conformat rapid in urma sesizarilor noastre pentru a oferi si mancaruri gatite la cuptor sau gratar pe langa cele prajite care dominau de regula. Doamnele ospatar au fost deosebit de amabile si ne intrebau daca pot sa ne serveasca si altceva in afara de ce era expus in bufetul suedez. Personalul medical de la procedurile de tratament ne-a primit cu amabilitate.

am regasit aceeasi curatenie deficitara din spatiile de tratament: la cabinele de baie, rosturile de la faianta sunt innegrite de mucegai iar cearcefurile se schimba o data pe saptamana iar dupa doua zile devin extreme de murdare; la masaj, aceleasi prosoape de pe masa de masaj se folosesc o saptamana iar hartia care at trebui schimbata sub fiecare pacient nu se practica, desi am vazut ca exista sul cu hartie in cabina de masaj. Pe balcon, la camerele de 3 stele nu exista un support pe care sa poata fi puse prosoapele la uscat; fiecare turist face cate o improvizatie. Un astfel de suport in magazine costa 30 lei, oare cheltuiala cu achizitia lor at fi atat de mare Modul de servire pe baza fisei de cont din anii anteriori era mult mai benefic. La restaurant se serveau prajituri cumparate din hypermarket si rar deserturi preparate in bucataria proprie.

Voi reveni cu mare drag. am petrecut revelionul aici si am doar cuvinte de lauda. Camerele sunt renovate, mobilierul este nou. Personalul hotelului a fost foarte amabil. Meniul la restaurant este variat si in general bine pregatit.

Desi pare mare suma de 540 lei/persoana pe care am avut-o pe fisa de cont, preturile la restaurantul hotelului sunt foarte mari si nu-ti permit sa faci excese. Reteaua WI-FI a hotelului este mai mult indisponibila. Desi la rezervare am avut unele cerinte referitoare la pozitionarea camerei, receptionera nu a tinut cont de acestea desi hotelul nu era ocupat in totalitate si ar fi putut sa fie respectate. In baza de tratament curatenia mai lasa de dorit: mucegai, cearceafuri murdare etc. Personalul medical este in general ok dar ca sa-si dea interesul mai trebuie stimulat. Nu exista in camera nici-o posibilitate de a pune prosoape la uscat dupa ce te intorci de la baie pentru ca nu exista un suport, nici macar in balcon.
