Un hotel situat intr-o zon cu o privelite superb

Din pcate sunt multe aspecte 1. Comportamentul domnului care ar trebui s se ocupe de funcionarea televizorului din sala de for. Cand i s-a solicitat pornirea acestuia, dup cateva incercri euate, a folosit un limbaj trivial la adresa soului meu, dei i s-a vorbit civilizat. 2. Formaia din restaurant se crede pe stadion. Nu are conceptul reglrii volumului pentru a creea un ambient plcut. 3. Pe durata sejurului a fost o problem cu apa. Mare ne-a fost mirarea s vedem nepsarea celor de la restaurant, care au umplut bidonul de la fantana cu ap cu.....ap de la robinet. Menionez c apa era plin de reziduuri i arta ingrozitor. 4. am achitat sejurul in urm cu mult timp i, de la recepie, ni s-a dat o camer de o stea( cu indulgen). Ne-am trezit la ora 22 30, c nu putem face du deoarece nu era conectat bateria la conducta de ap. Cand am anunat defeciunea la recepie, ni s-a oferit o alt camer i ni s-a solicitat s pltim o diferen de bani... Mergem de caiva ani la acest hotel i nu credeam c cei care il administreaz nu au investit nici un leu in renovare, in dotri, etc... E uor s te plangi c nu merge afacerea fr s inelegi c turitii care ii calc pragul te-au ales in premisa c au crezut in tine. am fi vrut s petrecem cateva zile frumoase la acest hotel. Din pcate... sejurul nostru a fost un mare FIaSCO! Iar responsabilitatea le revine celor de la hotel. P.S. Poate reuii s vorbii cu maseurul mai tanr de la baza de tratament i-l convingei s scrie mesaje in pauz, nu in timp ce efectueaz masajul.

E pentru a 2-a oar cand ne-am cazat la hotel Perla i ne-am simit foarte bine.Curatenia, amabilitatea,micul dejun i cin bogate,disponibilitate personalului toate sunt un plus pentru acest hotel.In fiecare diminea se suplimenteaz articolele de curenie, prosoapele,ceaiul i cafea.Fierbtor in camer, camere mari,piscinele disponibile pan seara(mai ales c am prins un timp ploios),toate au fost un plus.Recomandam cu drag acest hotel!

Mobila invechita, mocheta veche, masa nu foarte diversificata, fructe maxim doua feluri si acelea de calitate slaba. Un hotel frumos, cu o piscina mare cu apa calda si o piscina mai mica cu apa sarata. Apa curata, prosoape curate, curat si la piscina si la saunele umede si uscata Mancarea destul de buna si diversa

Curatenia in camere lasa de dorit. Dupa doua zile de cazare am lasat in usa pliantul pentru facut curatenie, insa nu au dat deloc cu aspiratorul in conditiile in care eram si cu copii mici care se jucau mai mult pe jos. La baie au schimbat prosoapele si prpodusele de igiena, dar doar atat...

in zona de recepie i restaurant serviciile sunt bune. atat felurile de mancare cat i servirea sunt ok. Noi am avut demipensiune i la cin chiar am fost plcut surprini. Mancare gustoas i suficient de diversificat, servit sub form de bufet.

Dei personalul este amabil, in camer nu a intrat decat pentru a schimba coul de gunoi. Fr aspirat sau ters ceva praf prin camer. Pentru schimbarea prosoapelor a trebuit s facem personal solicitare unei cameriste. Pentru un hotel de 4 stele, astfel de lucruri ar trebui s funcioneze de la sine.

Un concediu reusit!Camerele sunt spatioase, dotate cu cele necesare, lenjerie impecabila. Spa-ul de nota 10, apa din piscina mare foarte calda excelenta pentru baie, copiii s-su distrat de minune. Mancarea extraordinar de gustoasa. Cinele m-au impresionat. Foarte multe feluri de mancare la acestea se adauga prajituri precum cele de cofetarie. in fiecare seara am avut " surpriza" hotelului...somoni la tava sau purcelusi de lapte. Bomboana de pe tort a fost formatia hotelului care ne-a cantat si ne-a incantat. Multumim hotel Perla pentru minunata vacanta!

Se impun reguli mai stricte in derularea serviciilor SPa. Oaspeii care nu in cont respectarea cerinelor de igiena ( duul intre folosirea piscinelor sau dupa sauna sau copiii sub 3 ani in piscina de aduli) ar trebui atenionai de personal.

Ne-a placut hotelul per ansamblu, facilitatile(piscina cu apa calda, bazinul cu apa sarata. saunele umeda si uscata, sala de jocuri), amplasarea. Mancarea destul de diversificata, personal amabil. Recomand pentru cateva zile de relaxare. raport pret-calitate ok, as mai reveni.

Poate ceva mai multa atentie de la curatenie, noi am avut apartamentul 101(perdele cam murdare, insecte uscate pe pervaz, niste pete pe mocheta si pe perete, ar trebui o draperie la una din camere).

Hotel foarte bun, curaenie impecabila, privelite grozava, mancare excelenta. turitii cu pachet balneo aveau programata la receptie consultaia medicala, astfel incat era evitata imbulzeala tipica primei zile, cum ni s-a intamplat in alte statiuni. Echipa de la terapii, felicitari! Oameni minunati, competenti si rabdatori, nu trebuia sa asteptam aproape deloc, dei hotelul era plin. Zona spa bine echipata, iar piscina, excelenta: mare, foarte curata si bine intreinuta, incalzita la 28-30 grade. Foarte util bazinul mic cu apa calda, sarata.

Piscina buna, sauna uscata i cea umeda au fost funcionale tot programul. Cald in camera, chiar daca era pe colt. Prosoapele au fost schimbate zilnic.

Curat, spaios. Consumabilele oferite de hotel sunt de calitate, schimbate suficient de frecvent (cam de nota 8). Personalul e amabil.

Sugerez ca in camere sa existe un minim de informare despre obiectivele zonei. E drept ca netul e plin, dar e bine ca informaiile sa mai vina i catre om direct, nu doar omul catre informaie.

Hotelul are o piscina mare curata si un jacuzzi super, camerele sunt spatioase cu aer conditionat ok, izolate fonic bine, o baie mare curata,consumabilele se completau zilnic , prosoapele curate schimbate in fiecare zi

Un minus il constituie cada de baie care este din tabla prea inalta pentru un om cu probleme si daca nu ai grija risti sa alubeci rau, chiuveta este foarte incomoda pentru o persoana mica de inaltime,Curatenia de la centru spa lasa de dorit,raman prosoapele folosite pe sezlonguri multa vreme , daca iei micul dejun mai tarziu risti sa nu mai gasesti nimic nu se inlocuiesc produsele epuizate iar unele le obtii doar daca ceri de la ospatar (miere spre exemplu),fructele sunt foarte putine (ex 2 portocale,1 mar. o nectarina pe o farfurie care dispar imediat si nu sunt inlocuite)
