Indiferent de vreme sau sezon... CU INCREDERE HOtEL tISa, CEa MaI BUNa aLEGERE! PISCINa medie, dar bine ingrijita, cu apa calda si curata. Pentru o mica balaceala, este perfecta, desi nu are zona dedicata cu apa mica, iti faci pofta urbana de relaxare. Veti gasi SaUNa rece/calda, chiar si SaLINa, dar si o sala de Fitness. O masa de ping-pong si o zona de GRataR am mai zarit, dar si un teren de Fotbal la marginea padurii. Era bine daca aveau si ceva dedicat copiilor, gen un topogan/Casute, dar nu am vazut.

*Personalul de toata lauda, zambitori, amabili, femeile de serviciu desi erau de alta nationalitate te salutau, pastrau discretie in a nu te deranja, foarte bine instruiti ca si Receptia de nota 10! Un minus il am asupra turistilor-seniori, care comentau negativ la orice, gen preturi piperate, zgomotul din alte camere, de parca te duci la hotel doar sa dormi si faci yoga. Cea mai buna relaxare o ai acasa in patul tau, la hotel cauti aLtCEVa, iar zgomotul unui copil este inevitabil si necontrolabil uneori.

Impresie negativa la masa, se lucreaza in ture, pe o tura e ok, te servesc repede, sunt ateni cu oaspeii, cealalta lasa de dorit, asteptu f mult sa i aduca un meniu, ca sa nu m ai zic ca am ateptat 1h,45 min sa ne prepare ceva de mancare, ,preturi mari , porii mici. Parcare insuficienta, cu indulgenta 15 locuri fata de un necesar de cel putin 30 de locuri, dar se pare ca este un minus la nivel de statiune

La capitolul mancare si servire nu sunt inca pregatiti. M au considerat un pensionar amarat in conditiile in care am achizitionat pachetul cu pensiune completa, nubam stiut niciodata care este diferenta sau ce ar trebui sa contina pachetlul

Hotelul dispune de doua corpuri. in corpul B camerele sunt mici, nu exista decat o noptiera iar curaenie nu sa facut cat am stat 4 zile i 3 nopi nici macar nu sa luat gunoiul

Calitatea extraordinara a mancarii.

In prima zi, la masa de pranz, nota de plata pe camera nu respecta preturile din meniu (la cateva produse). au fost vreo 3 intreruperi de curent. telefonul din camera a trebuit dezactivat deoarece suna fara niciun motiv in mod aleatoriu.

cazarea s-a ridicat la nivelul pretului platit...

La Revelion .mancarea a fost sub orice critica...prost pregatita...paine uscata...doar alba...bauturi...mai deloc...s-a platit si apa care s-a pus impreuna cu singura carafa de vin alb...vinul rosu , fiert care s-a pus in prima zi, a fost pus in carafe si servit ulterior, ca varianta de vin rosu...programul artistic...sub asteptari...

Cazare excelenta , tratament excelent, pozitionare hotel foarte buna, aproape de izvoare.

Restaurantul nu are meniu pentru cei cu probleme digestive, apa din bazin este rece , mare probleme pentru cei cu reumatism.

Hotelul este f.curat si are la toate camerele balcoane din lemn dotate cu masa si scaune. Personalul amabil si dornic sa te ajute. Mancarea a fost f.buna si multa la meniul fix, adica dimineata aveam bufet suedez , pranzul era format din ciorba ( de multe feluri) , felul 2 si prajitura, iar cina avea 2 feluri. In camere se face curat in fiecare zi si se schimba prosoapele la cerere. Zona de munte f.frumoasa! Multe multumiri personalului de la hotel!

Mancarea buna, curaenie, prosoape schimbate la un sejur de 4 zile

Ne-am decis sa facem trecerea in 2017 in Olaneti. Camera la rima vedere ok. Probleme cu ua de la balcon care dei era termopan nu se inchidea bine, partea de climatizare scotea un zgomot puternic care pe timp de noapte era foarte suparator, (camera 203) in piscina apa destul de rece.

I moved to america many years ago, but every time I come back to visit my family we all go to Hotel tisa in Olanesti. It is an awesome hotel, the staff is great and the amenities are fantastic! I always feel like home when I am there. all the renovations that theyve made can be comparable to the ones that we have in america. Everyone in my family (including myself) goes there for the mineral water that cures so many diseases. Its really nice to have hotels like that in Romania! I would recommend to go there if you want a nice, relaxing vacation! thank you Hotel tisa!

It is located in a special natural setting, just 450m from Aqua Park TISA Spa Resort.

Accommodation: Our rooms are a true paradise of sophistication and comfort, with modern design and state-of-the-art equipment to give you a memorable experience. Each room at the TISA Hotel has air conditioning, cable TV, small refrigerator, bathroom with shower, hairdryer and free toiletries, balcony. The rooms that are located in the attic do not have a balcony. The rooms are located in 2 different buildings, which are connected by the indoor pool.

- Standard double room - 17 sqm, 1-2 people

- Deluxe double room - 24 sqm, 2-3 people

- Family executive double room - 32/34 sq m, 2-4 people

- Apartment- 34 sqm, 2-4 people

Dining services: served in the own restaurant in the form of vouchers. The restaurant has a 3* category, the lounge has a capacity of 200 seats, and the menu is varied.
