Staiune linitit. Hotelul ok. Camer curat, renovat, personal amabil, mancarea bun i suficient. Personalul medical amabil i corect. Serviciile oferite s-au ridicat la nivelul ateptrilor! Cu siguran vom reveni cu alt prilej.

Baza de tratament foarte buna.

Serviciile restaurant f proate, servire intarziata. Mic dejun slab si vesela neadecvata. La check-in ni s-a comunicat suma de 40 lei /zi /persoana adulta pentru mancare cu toate ca pe voucher scria 60 lei. Batranii pot fi pacaliti f usor daca nu sunt atenti...si nu s-a intamplat din neatentia receptionerei, a fost facuta cu rea intentie.

Serviciile au fost destul de ok

am avut o experienta neplacuta intrucat in seara de revelion s-a organizat o tombola si a fost extras numarul 123 pe care il detineam eu, dar intrucat nu am fost in momentul extragerii in sala, d-l din formatia care a cantat in seara respectiva s-a gandit sa extraga alt bilet castigator, ceea ce nu mi s-a parut corect. Nu astea sunt regulile jocului, eu nu am parasit hotelul ca sa imi anuleze biletul castigator si nici macar nu s-a anuntat ora la care avea loc extragerea. Deci mi-a fost stricata seara de revelion.

Linistit si bine pozitionat. Camera recent renovata, dar baia nu chiar... Camera f mica.

Mic dejun saracacios. Desi se facea curat la baie zilnic, nu se improspata si gelul de dus etc. Pe balcon nu e nimic pe care sa se poata sta.

tratament destul de bun, bai cu bioxid de carbon, procedura standard. amelioreaza circulatie venoasa, sotia deja simte efecte pozitive, dar eu nu prea. Personal medical amabil.

am sosit luni 02/09/2019. apa rece nu curgea, deci nici apa pcalda nu era. Ni s-a spus ca e defectiune in tot orasul. Si marti a fost la fel, asa ca am pierdut o sedinta de tratament. Car n-a putut fi recuperata. Poate ar fi fost posibil sa recuperam intr-o sambata - dar nu se fac tratamente nici sambata nici duminica. Cred ca e o eroare grava, caci mesele la restaurant erau servite de personalul hotelului. Pe scurt , am facut doar 8 sedinte de tratement in decursul a 13 nopti. Cam scump - caci am platit cam 4000 lei. E un defect major. ar trebui a se efectueze tratemente macar si sambata.

La receptie impresie de nota 10.La cabinet medical nota 10, La restaurant servirea a fost ireprosabila.Cadrele medicale la proceduri foarte amabile nota 10.

Curatenia in camere lasa de dorit,in baie dusul murdar neintretinut desi se poate curata mai pe romaneste jeg,doamnele de la curatenie fara respect uitandu se urat daca erau chemate sa puna aspiratorul,nu dezinfectau baia se pot transmite boli prin wc.In prima zi am sesizat ca este frig in camera temperatura fiind in data de 26 mai 2019 de 13 grade,au promis caldura dar s a mintit nu au dat.Liftul din dreapta era defect s a oprit lumina.

Recoman hotelul cu mult drag si respect. Ne-am simtit foarte bine. Personalul hotelului este promt la orce solicitare, amabil si foarte primitor. Restaurantul si pesonalul sunt super!!! Foarte buna mancarea si divesificata. Curatenia primeaza peste tot in hotel.

totul la superlativ,din toate punctele de vedere:cazare,masa,servire. Bravo lor ca nu fac diferenta intre romani si maghiari. In alte locatii din Harghita , Covasna si Mures,unde predomina etnia maghiara,se fac diferente, aici nu. toata stima sefei de la restaurantul hotelului tusnad, pentru cum gestioneaza aceasta locatie. a vost un revelion de vis!
