am avut un sejur scurt, dar foarte placut la acest hotel. Personalul a fost foarte amabil, camera a fost mica, datorita patului suplimentar pentru copil. Un mare plus - faptul ca am fost aceptati cu catelul. Hotelul este foarte aproape de strandul Lacul Negru, de parc si de centrul statiunii, pe o straduta linistita.

CheckOut la ora 11,00 in loc de ora 12,00 Bauturile de minifrigider nu sunt gratuite, 63 RON se platesc la sfaritul perioadei, lucru care NU EStE CORECt. Normal ar fi ca turistul sa fie informat din prima la recepie sau pe ua de la minifrigider sa fie afiat un anun vizibil, ca tot ce este in el se platete i nu este gratis ( din partea casei ).

marea majoritate a camerelor fara aer conditionat, daca ajungi la ora 09.15 - 09 .30 la micul dejun nu se mai gaseste aproape nimic cu toate ca programul era 08.00 - 10.00,. lipsa locurilor de parcare ale hotelului

Hotelul este in renovare si nu se respecte orele de odihna, zgomotul fiind deranjant toata ziua. De asemenea nu exista locuri de parcare, iar taxa de a parca pe strazi este de 15 RON/zi si politia locala verifica mereu masinile devenind un stres ora la care trebuie sa platesti biletul. Nu se accepta nici macar o intarziere de o ora! Servirea la micul dejun este greoaie la 8:30 sunt tavile goale si se aduce mancare in cantitate putina dupa mai multe observatii catre personal iar in unele zile lipsesc anumite alimente de exp. laptele motivand ca nu a venit masina de distributie.
