In addition to accommodation, tourists also have two terraces, a barbecue area, as well as a kitchen with stove, large refrigerator with freezer, cutlery and crockery. Water heating is done with solar panels. Villa Panciuc does not have its own parking lot, and cars can be parked on the side of the road.

Building 1 - ground floor - owner's home; attic - Apartment with 2 rooms.

The apartment consists of 2 rooms and private bathroom, equipped with TV, refrigerator (110 liters), air conditioning (extra charge). One of the rooms is equipped with a double bed (140/200 cm) and a single bed (100/200 cm), the second room is equipped with a bed matrimonial (140/200 cm).

Building 2 - ground floor - 3 double rooms of 10 sqm + covered terrace + kitchen; floor - 2 triple rooms of 12 sqm. and 4 double rooms of 10 sqm.

The double rooms on the ground floor are painted with washable, the upstairs rooms have pine wood paneling. They have a 50 or 70 liter refrigerator, their own bathroom, TV. The double rooms have a double bed of 140/200 cm, and the triple rooms have a bed matrimonial (140/200 cm) and a pair of one person (90/200 cm).

Remarks: Pets are not allowed.
