Location: "Dupa apa la Razvan" guesthouse is a new, modern building, located in historic Maramures, 5km from Sighetu Marmatiei, 400m from DN18. Raul Iza passes in front of the guesthouse.

General facilities: Located in an oasis of peace, surrounded by greenery and fresh air, with the Iza River crossing in front of the guesthouse, the location can be a reference point for all the tourist attractions of Maramureș. It offers you two spacious dining rooms where you can serve dinner, lunch and breakfast; a football pitch, activity pavilion (intended for organized groups); traditional gazebo, where you can wear the folk costume; terrace with BBQ grill; playground; Ping Pong table and campfire accompanied by artistic moments specific to the area. The guesthouse has access to the barbecue in the garden with fruit trees.

Room facilities: The guesthouse offers 8 modern, spacious rooms, with private bathroom and terrace, flat screen TV, central heating and WI-FI.
