1. Politica de rezervare:
Rezervarea se garanteaza din momentul achitarii unui avans de 50% din valoarea totala sau din momentul platii contravalorii unei nopti de cazare in cazul in care se rezerva una sau doua nopti.
Ca si modalitati de plata sunt acceptate plata în numerar (Lei), plata cu card bancar si transferul bancar; in acest ultim caz va rugam sa transmiteti pe email confirmarea platii.
Schimbarea titularului rezervarii trebuie confirmata de catre reprezentantii SC Piatra Verde Turism SRL, iar numele noului titular va fi comunicat pe adresa de e-mail piatraverdeturism@yahoo.com. Rezervarile facute trebuiesc confirmate cu minim 24 ore inaintea sosirii, altfel ne rezervam dreptul de a anula rezervarea. La check in, se va face plata pentru 100% din valoarea cazarii.
Pentru organizarea de evenimente, team building, plata se va face conform ofertei. Oaspetii Pensiunii Muntele Verde au obligatia de a prezenta cartea de identitate la receptie si de a lasa o copie a acesteia administratorului pensiunii.

Eliberarea camerei dupa ora 11.00 pana la maxim ora 17.00, presupune achitarea a 50% din tariful intreg de cazare, iar dupa ora 17.00 a tarifului intreg al unei nopti de cazare si se poate accepta in mod special explicit doar de catre administratorul pensiunii si doar daca programul de rezervari permite aceasta optiune.
Oaspetii care elibereaza camerele pana la ora 11.00 pot lasa bagajele la camera de bagaje, pentru un interval de 8 ore fara costuri suplimentare.Bagajele pot fi lasate la camera de bagaje mai mult de 8 ore caz in care se vor percepe cheltuieli de depozitare si doar in situatia in care spatiul alocat permite acest lucru.
Animalele de companie sau pasarile nu sunt acceptate.
Nu este permis accesul cu alimente si bauturi din afara unitatii.
Nu este permis accesul cu alimente si/sau servirea mesei in camera.
Nu este permis fumatul in camera sau in spatiile publice ale unitatii. Fumatul este permis doar in locurile indicate: terasa camerelor, terasa de la intrarea in unitate, locurile unde sunt amplasate scrumiere pentru fumatori.
Achitarea produselor achizitionate, a serviciilor de restaurant sau a oricaror altor alte servicii suplimentare, se efectueaza la momentul efectuarii lor. Micul dejun este inclus in tariful de cazare.
Tarifele actuale sunt valabile pana in data de 15.06.2018.
Taxe: TVA 9% inclus. Taxa hoteliera NU este inclusa in tariful de cazare.
