The location is quite convenient due to easy access to public transportation networks and car parking opportunities at 'Underground University Square Parking'. Additionally, there is limited parking room nearby. The taxi, bus and subway University or Romana Square stations are very close.
Old City Bucharest (Down-Town) is at 15 minutes-walking distance with a plenty of restaurants, clubs, pubs and cafes open for day and night life.
Even if very centrally situated, the property is very quiet, being located at the 4th floor of an historical block. The property is fully furnished, including one two bedroom apartment and 4 studios, each with free high speed internet, cable TV, fully equipped kitchenette one and own Italian shower.
