lenjerie murdara chiar de la check-in; la micul dejun a trebuit sa avem canile noastre, intrucat nu erau suficiente, produse lipsa si completate doar la cerere, 1 persoana disponibila pentru a debarasa mesele, mancarea invariabil rece intrucat recipientul de mentinut mancarea calda nu era pus in functiune; la cererea noastra de a aduce omleta, pentru ca se terminase, ni s-a raspuns : ,,dar nu aveti celalalte produse, ce nu va ajunge "

Oamenii din Hunedoara sunt absolut surprinzatori: calzi, amabili, veseli ... oamani pur si simplu. Mancarea a fost deosebita. Managerul hotelului chiar s-a ocupat sa faca un meniu peste medie, mai mult decat pur si simplu mancarea traditionala romaneasca. Si atmosfera de Revelion a fost minunata!
