The maximum accommodation capacity is for 22 people and free parking is provided inside the unit.
The configuration of the Villa is as follows:
Ground floor, accommodation capacity 8 persons:
1 apartment with 3 rooms equipped with matrimonial beds, TV, balcony and bathroom;
1 Deluxe King Room with double bed, fireplace and private bathroom.
1st floor, accommodation capacity of 8 persons:
2 double rooms with double bed, TV, balcony and bathroom;
1 apartment with 2 rooms equipped with matrimonial beds, TV, balcony and bathroom.
Attic, accommodation capacity of 6 persons:
1 apartment with 3 rooms equipped with matrimonial beds, TV, balcony and bathroom;
As facilities we list the following:
-swimming pool and sunbeds in summer:
-gazebo with barbecue for dining;
-very large yard for outdoor relaxation;
-ping-pong table;
-fully equipped communal kitchen, equipped with dishwasher and generous refrigerator for personal storage and preparation of food;
-dining room and spent in the wine cellar of the villa equipped with TV and audio system;
We can be at your disposal for organizing corporate and personal events.
We can organize festive dinners on request with chef and special staff for table service.
We have prepared both meal packages and drink packages.
