The village lies on the border between Arieseni Alba and Bihor, at an altitude of 950 m, representing a starting point for climbing and hiking routes in the Apuseni Mountains. In winter, these places are assaulted by tourists from all over the country
and neighboring counties, in fact, who come here for winter sports for Vartop Arieseni ski, to relax and warm landscapes of mountains.
