The house is built and offered for short-term rentals, as a holiday home for a family or small groups. Almost all utilities are shared, with only one bedroom having its own bathroom, with a total of 3 bathrooms in the whole house, featuring either a shower or a bathtub. Heating is provided by a gas central heating system, similar to an apartment building, ensuring great comfort for our guests. The ambient temperature is approximately 23-25 degrees Celsius. The rooms are equipped with large beds, measuring 180 x 200 cm. On the upper floor, each of the 3 bedrooms also has a balcony. However, in the attic, there are no balconies. Access to the 2 bedrooms in the attic is via a solid raw wood staircase.

We do not accept pets because the entire house has wooden floors. Dust and animal hair can be vacuumed, but secretions remain embedded and can only be removed by dismantling the floorboards. For the same reason, because the entire floor in the house is made of wood, smoking is not allowed inside the house. For your protection and ours, there are fire extinguishers and smoke and gas detectors in the house. The smoke and gas detectors, as well as the alarm system, are connected to the security company's control center with which we have a collaboration contract for response in case of an alarm.
