niciuna

pe voucherul trimis de Direct Booking era trecuta rezervarea unei camere cu pat matrimonial. La locatie mi s-a dat un alt tip de camera. Cand am specificat faptul ca rezervarea era ptr o camera cu pat matrimonial receptionerul a motivat ca a fost notificat ptr o camera twin si nu ptr una cu oat matrimonial. am dunat la nr de tel de pe voucher si persoana cu care am vorbit mi-a spus ca nu am ce sa fac daca receptia nu imi da o camera asa cum am rezervat. am solicitat sa se incerce rezolvarea problemei aparute dar fiecare parte acuza cealalta parte si eu stateam pe hol pusa intr-o situatie in care nu am mai fost niciodata. Ulterior nu am mai primit nicio veste de la Direct Booking desi am anuntat ca doresc sa mi se comunice ce demersuri se fac pentru a se rezolva aceasta problema. Singura veste este solicitarea completarii acestui chestionar.
