Grand Hotel Sofianu, the only hotel-art museum in Romania, is located in the Zăvoi park in Râmnicu Vâlcea, a park of approx. 17 hectares, just 300 meters away from the city center. The hotel houses the works of the most representative 500 Romanian plastic artists.

Accommodation: The 61 classically decorated rooms have all the facilities of a modern hotel, including air conditioning, minibar, flat screen TV, card access, safe, Wifi and cable internet, 24/24 reception, Business Class rooms and suites as well as a family suite.

Facilities: Guests also benefit from free access to Internet Wifi Hotspot and private parking. Access to the spa area is for a fee.

     Inside the hotel there is a wellness center that includes: indoor heated pool, equipped with counter-current swimming facility, dry sauna, wet sauna, massage and hydromassage center, fitness room equipped with professional cardio equipment.
     Access to the wellness center facilities are only available to hotel guests.
     Outside, running tracks, 2 outdoor fitness areas and 6 playgrounds and a skatepark await you inside the park. In the immediate vicinity of the park there is a soccer field and 4 tennis courts that can be rented by the hour.
     Four Seasons Restaurant with international and Romanian specifics, capacity 100-120 seats;
     Four Seasons Terrace - Surrounded by Zăvoi Park, it is the place where nature meets art, and guests relax enjoying alcoholic and soft drinks, coffee, tea, as well as Romanian and international cuisine.
     Art Bar- Here you will find a very varied drinks menu, whether it is alcoholic or soft drinks, fresh drinks, cocktails, smoothies, teas or coffee. The ambiance is maintained by the view towards Zăvoi Park and the appropriate muted music.
     Modern rooms suitable for singles and families;
     For the organization of conferences, seminars, workshops, teambuildings or meetings, the hotel provides 5 very versatile rooms, able to host a wide variety of corporate or personal events. The hotel has a grand hall, the Art Gallery, with an area of 550 square meters and a maximum capacity of 800 seats, perfect for events with many guests, equipped with sound and lighting installations.
     Art Gallery hall, surface area 550 meters - capacity from 120 seats to 800 seats, depending on the arrangement of the hall;
     Dean's Hall, surface area 50 meters - capacity between 16-50 seats, depending on how the hall is arranged;
     In addition to the rooms mentioned above, next to our Hotel, there is the Sofianu Business Center, where we find 12 conference rooms with different capacities, modernly equipped;
