nu am

Hotelul nu are parcare cu toate ca este prezentat cu parcare. Daca nu are parcare de ce se solicita nr. masinii terasa aZUR situata la 4 m de hotel avea program pana la ora 23 si nu puteam sa ne odihnim , dupa aceasta ora angajatii continuau petrecerea pana la ora 3 dimineata unde provocau zgomote ce se auzeau in camerele cu balcon.La reclamatiile facute personalul raspundea ca nu au ce sa le faca deoarece proprietarul a inchiriat terasa. dimineata eram treziti de femeia de serviciu sa stranga gunoiul.

Camera la etajul 1, a fost spaioasa, patul dublu, confortabil. toate camerele au aer condiionat.

Printre aspectele care ar trebui imbunataite ar fi: lipsa plasei de anari, cabina de dus trebuie inlocuita pt ca nu se inchide. Scurgerea la baie este lenta. Micul dejun este sub forma de tichete in valoare de 6o ron pe camera/zi i servete la terasa Maria, fapt care nu este menionat pe booking.

Hotel de doua stele renovat, cu mobilier nou, saltele bune, aer condiionat, televizor LCD. Foarte curat. Hotelul este amplasat langa Plaja Debarcader, in zona teraselor cu autoservire.

Cred ca in baie, dei acestea sunt renovate complet, lipsete un ventilator, motiv pentru care este umiditate mare in camera.

Nu este cazul....

Nu am putut valorifica rezervarea, din motive medicale. Fractura de picior i concediu medical. Comunicarea cu Directbooking a fost dezastruoasa, agentul de turism necooperant i agresiv verbal. Nu am putut comunica direct cu hotelul, nu exista nici un numar de telefon la care sa raspunda cineva.... aadar, din lipsa de inelegere pentru situaia in care ma aflu, rezervarea a fost pierduta prin neprezentarea mea la hotel. Nu intentionez sa mai colaborez cu Directbooking, este a doua oara cand ma lovesc de lipsa de inelegere i comunicarea de pe poziii de fora cu agenii acestei agenii de turism.

am fost foarte multumita de conditiile de cazare de la acest hotel. Hotelul este foarte aproape de plaja (treci strada si ai ajuns pe faleza). Personalul de la receptie a fost foarte amabil. Lenjeria foarte curata si dintr-un material de calitate (bumbac 100%). Curatenie in camera a fost facuta in fiecare zi(dat cu aspiratorul, baie curatata, hartie igienica, sapun). Felicitari personalului si managerului acestui hotel! Nota pentru mancare nu este relevanta, intrucat nu am optat pentru sejur cu masa.

am dat nota 9 la curatenie doar din simplu motiv ca baia nu a fost curata in ziua in care am ajuns (am presupus ca personalul care s-a ocupat de curatenie s-a grabit vand in vedere ca in celelalte zile nu am avut ce sa reprosez).

Foarte aproape de plaja. am ajuns la hotel la ora 08.00 a.m. si am primit deja camera. are tv lcd, frigider si aer conditionat.

Baia si camera foarte mici. am platit pentru un pat suplimentar pe care nu l-am putut folosi fiindca era foarte murdar(parea plin de urina). Curatenie in a 3 -a zi.

Foarte aproape de mare. avea frigider, plasma, aer conditionat.

Baia si camera cam mici. Initial am astepta dupa ora 12 ca sa se elibereze o camera cu balcon, dar doamna de la receptie ne-a dat una fara balcon. Sezlongurile incluse in pret nu le-am folosit pentru ca erau departe de apa, iar copiii au vrut langa apa sa se balaceasca si noi sa ii putem supraveghea asa ca am folosit un cearceaf.

Hotel foarte aproape de mare (50-100m). Condiii foarte bune de cazare: curaenie, mobilier nou, aer condiionat, mini-frigider, tv modern, cablu tv, internet prin wi-fi (chiar daca la etajul 2 se recepiona slab, dar a fost ok). am beneficiat i de doua ezlonguri in zona Umbrar Multicolor. totul exact ca in oferta de pe site. Personalul foarte amabil, doamnele de la recepie foarte drague. Pentru ca am ajuns mai devreme faa de ora de check-in, ne-au ineles i ne-au permis sa lasam bagajele in sigurana, intr-o incapere de la parter, pana ne-am cazat. Gunoiul se ridica zilnic. Un loc linitit pe timpul nopii. am fost foarte mulumii de servicii i ne propunem sa revenim i la anul.

Recepia slaba a internetului prin wi-fi, dar nu a fost un aspect care sa ne deranjeze.

am fost surprini placut de acest hotel. Il tiam de muli ani din afara trecand pe langa el i avand doar 2* nu aveam mari ateptari insa aici am gasit camera libera aa,peste noapte i la pre super bun la timpul acesta.Inca de la intrare ne-a intampinat un miros placut i ooamna recepionera f dragua care ne-a cazat in 5 min.De cum am urcat primul etaj mi-am dat seama ca e ok,se vedea ca a fost renovat cat de cat: scarile placate cu faiana gen marmura,holurile cu parchet,o traversa pe mijloc i miros placut in tot hotelul.Camera f ok pt 2*, cu parchet,aC,balcon(doar pe spate au),un mini frigider dar care racete f bine,chiar ingheaa,apa calda la orice ora fara sa atepi (dei stateam la etajul 3) i curaenie.

Baia destul de mica (dar pt 2*...) i mult zgomot (muzica,maini, comerciani) ,asta pt fam cu copii mici.
